I went in to look for dresses and ended up finding on that I loved so much. They only had it in a size 24 and I’m a size 8. She made it out to be no big deal and I should get it and she’d cut me a deal on the alterations. When it got there she did the whole top of the dress in 30 minutes. I made payments to her. When I got the dress at the end I gave her my last payment and took my dress home. It fits great and I wa super impressed with her tailoring skills. Then she called me and told me she did her numbers wrong and more I owe her 40 more dollars. I have my original receipt and I know I paid her all the money. I get she cut me a “deal” or tailoring but that’s very unprofessional.

I flew to Yakima specifically to have the owner (Guadalupe) of Perfect Fit Bridal make my wedding dress. I wanted a very specific color and style and she made it for me on an express time line due to my travel. The owner and her assistant made sure that everything (undergarments, bodice, dress length, under skirt, handmade applique, lacing up the back, etc.) were flawless. She did an amazing job and I am so thrilled with my bridal gown!!! Thank you Lupe!

Seriously the worst buying experience I have ever had. The girl lost my wedding gown and when we found it it was scrunched up on the table getting ruined, after I had already paid for it in full. Then I return when she tells me to for it to be all done being hemmed and she doesnt have it ready. I dont know how she is still in business.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!The woman who owns this shop is very unprofessional. She scheduled fittings and did not show up. I called several days in a row and she didn’t answer or call me back. I stopped by a few times to get a hold of her, but she wasn’t there during the day. She also charges $40 an hour, which I agreed to but she charged me for time when she had friends visiting her at work. She also ‘fixed’ things on my dress that I didn’t ask her to and then she charged me for the time. I did not have a good experience and I do not recommend going to this shop.

Lupe, the owner, is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! We walked in asking for a mother of the bride dress and a bridesmaid dress 10 days before the wedding and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us taken care of. She even MADE a custom bolero jacket and did the alterations in house that day. I will definitely come back here!

Lupe saved my life- well, fashion wise I suppose. I came in last minute for a petticoat, and she was simply amazing. She had several options, and even trimmed one to the perfect length. I loved the selection of dresses, and of beautiful accessories.

Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment to try on gowns and all she could tell me was how she had so much going on today and wasnt making appointments.Ok.... so why be open for business ?I honestly dont understand how the bridal shops around this city stay in business
