Id write a negative review but its literally just not even worth my time, luckily my time is worthless. Skip this place and their tired attitude. Were closing I dont care one bit about the peoples property I work on at my occupation but when I /am/ at work, I do. Because thats what someone is paid for. Give half a rip about what youre doing and who youre doing it for. Thats called professionalism. My car made it to the shop just fine and didnt make it 15 feet out of the bay after asking if it was OK to drive home (less than 1 mile) Nothing damaged. Just a huge disregard for any kind of workmanship or customer safety. If you go here, make sure you dont set your appointment too late. Too bad, way she goes.I could argue all day about the situation but instead Ill just take my hard earned money elsewhere.I also never declined service. I asked the worker what the labor would cost and he said were closing. Would have taken all of 1 minute to do it but hey, were closing.

My experience with Commercial Tire has been a very good experience from buying tires, tire rotations, and and brake replacement.The staff is very pleasant and efficientI plan to give Commercial Tire all my business from now on. A GREAT place to work with.

2 hrs to unload the whole truck not bad

The lobby is clean. They offer complimentary coffee. The service is relatively quick depending on the service type and season. The prices are very competitive. I have no complaints and will return again in the late fall to put snow tires on once again.

Went in for a nail in a semi trailer tire that was leaking They got on it right away and did a nice job. The young man was very professional and courteous. The price was very competitive to other tire shops I have been to. I would and will do business with these guys if I need tire service again.

Great customer service here! It is a little unclear where to go especially if youre in a bigger rig or hauling something but they will tell you once you talk to them. Quick service too. Gone here to habe a few tubes put into tractor tires and have trailer tires replaced. They did a good job and paid great attention to detail

Excellent customer service and pricing. We had a blow out on I-82 they came right to our aid. We then followed the truck back to the store and purchased 4 new tires.

Yakima Commercial Tire has excellent customer service! JJ was very professional and got my car in right away and got me back on the road in no time. I will continue to drive from Sunnyside to Yakima to have them service my car.

Needed an odd set of tires that no one else in town had these guys ordered a set had them there the next morning and got them on my truck at a very fair price definitely recommend

Scale Not LOW enough. I can for an oil change. They told me I needed new brakes. When they finally finished I had a noticeably low tire they didn’t fill (later found out it had a nail in it), they left a large wrench on my bumper and the kicker...THEY DIDNT CHANGE MY BRAKES!!! They didn’t even bleed the lines so I almost got into an accident when I left.Do yourself a favor, go to Les Schuab, they will take care of you. I will spend the rest of my life telling people to avoid Commercial Tire like the plague.

Darvy, the mechanic communicated well with replacing the stud on my moms car that was chewed up from being cross threaded. It took longer than usual because they are short staffed and didn’t have the stud in stock. He gave a discount because of the wait time. Thanks for getting my moms car operational and safe.
