Audio solutions is hands down the best place too go!! Took in my 2021 Lexus is300 for a sound system and window tint. Let me start off it came out great. Jesse helped me and he said it would be a good idea to make a custom box and the amps flush to the floor so I would have more trunk space and I’m happy I did because it came it even better then I thought. Like super nice couldn’t be happier. And I went with there Xpel tint that made it look sharp. These guys are great. I just recommend leave your car with time. They were super busy when I went down, so I was told to leave the car and the car would be done end of day since I told him I wanted to turn out good. But highly recommend these guys

Just went in for a special box I wanted made and man these guys did a awesome job! I went in with a picture and they made look the same or even better. My new spot to come but I learn to give them time with my car because both times I went they are crazy busy. Got both my cars tinted as well and I went with the xpel ceramic and looks like a beauty!! Best shop in town got 3 cars tinted and remote starts on all 3 cars and i have a questions with my tint and they replaced it no problems. just made an appointment and no change and replaced it. don’t understand why people don’t use they warranty if they provide it. if you have any problems jesse is the guy that always helps me. definitely recommending everyone to them.

Got a auto start installed and they said to bring it in at noon and would be done by end of day long story short it took three days said parts were shipped to wrong place and since car was torn apart couldn’t get my money back zero communication and then when it was finished the component panels they removed the clips were all broken and the battery cover wasn’t installed back on. Never go there again

Hands down one of the best places in town, Took my WRX which was a rats nest from the previous owner and was a little nervous when he told me id have it back within a day but let me tell you, CLEANEST install I have seen dropped the car off at 10:30 picked it up by 8 and remember it was a rats nest it was bad I couldn’t believe it. all super great guys and willing to work with you in many different circumstances if you want a clean, good sounding stereo system definitely check them out! if i get another car I will be bringing it to them!

But PLEASE, if you want ANYTHING done to your car this business offers, PLEASE PLEASE take it somewhere else, especially if you want your car to RUN afterwards. They WILL be hearing from my lawyers, and i have 5 other parties that are ready to come along as well.So much for buying a new car, as my car no longer runs after 2 weeks of having it, BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE.SO PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE, DOOO NOOOOOT GET WORK DONE FROM THESE PEOPLE, I BEEEEG YOU!If i can save others the problems i am having, I will in a heartbeat!

10/28/20Took my car in today to get amp wiring and front door speakers installed by ‘professionals’ as this is one car I did not want to break things on. Was quoted 4 hours which seemed like a fair amount of time based on installs I’ve done myself. Waited outside, went in to check on things near the 4 hour mark, ‘almost done just getting his tools out’. Ok. Another half hour later I noticed 2 installers messing with the top of the door. Think to myself ‘oh great’. Ask dude at the counter what was going on with the top of the door, oh they’re just putting it back together. You have to take off the whole trim and everything to install the speakers. (Never have I had to do that on any of the 10+ cars I’ve done installs on, but I let him have his misinformation) he asks if I want to check on the car, yes, I check don’t notice anything immediately wrong, he gets his guys (who should’ve spoke up about breaking my trim)to corroborate his story. I let it go, get the car outside and inspect a bit deeper and sure enough there is black adhesive between the door metal and plastic trim. As professionals the should speak up and not try to jerry rig a fix, he could’ve offered an explaination and discount for cost of the part ($40-50) and been clean and clear. This was my 3rd and last transaction here, will do my own installs from now on where I can ensure quality work. I know this means nothing to them as my business has been little more than a drop in the bucket for them, but hopefully they can show integrity to future customers.Edit: They also didn’t get all buckles back though the rear seat bottom, so now I have to tear that apart when I get time.

So starting off he said it would take 3 hours to install a backup camera and a touch screen stereo then 4.5 hours later it was done they lied about how it was installed and also now Im having issues with the speaker and stereo. The speaker to talk in for bluetooth doesnt work and the touchscreen glitches.

I went to them before Old Stereo One for remote start installs and was happy, not today and left felt I was going to be ripped off.Looking to buy a new radio, Sirius, backup camera, with my android s8+ phone operation which they said theyve installed many $800 + tax...come to find out 6+ hours later they tried 5 different units, none are compatible with the s8+ which they claimed theyve installed with several and works great...at the end told them to take it out and return it to original equipment...The Owner wanted me to buy it anyways because according to him you didnt tell me you wouldnt buy it if it didnt work! who does this ? then wanted me to pay for labor, no...wasnt want me to my vehicle said cannot open garage doors after 6pm! told him my van and I was leaving, get your equipment out.While the guys were returning it to my original equipment the owner had a friend of his park his truck in-front of the garage doors blocking my exit until I told them I would be back with my 4 wheel drive and a chain to ensure I take my van home that night, the owner of the truck left.Its their job to ensure the equipment is compatible before wasting my entire day.Never again will I recommend this owner.The employees did everything they could, I feel sorry for them working for this guy.Seen the owners response, he lies.He tried to refuse me to leave with my van when his equipment did not work. Still wanted me pay for something that did not work, told him to take his equipment and replace mine back to orginal.The workers did while the owner tried to escalate a confrontation.Never trust him again.

They were super busy and told me they would be right with me. And I was glad a waited! They did a great job. I bought a remote start that they didn’t have to cut wires like other shops. They sold me a plug in play set up. Also I could start it from my phone!

Got a install from another local shop and man they messed my truck up. So I headed to audio solutions and they helped me with everything I needed I also bought me a new touchscreen that works with my android auto and man, it looked good! I’m for sure coming back to these guys!

I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Very unorganized. I was scheduled for a 1:30 appt and was told it would take 45 mins. At 2:45 my car was still out on the street so I asked for my keys and left. Take your business elsewhere.

These guys gave me quote and told me it was good for 30 days.so I went back and they hooked up a remote start to my 2019 dodge ram! works great!!

I had an appt today @ 11:00 to get two of my windows tinted. I was told by the mgr it wd take an hour.I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and was told to wait in a waiting room. It was in an unheated area where we waited with our coats on and tried to keep warm.We kept waiting for our vehicle to be driven to the service area for the tinting until at 11:25 it was finally driven in. It sat there until 11:40 with no one working on it.We asked for the keys and left very unhappy with the service. Wondering if because we are white we werent welcome. Kind of felt that way to me.
