Everything Ive had has been excellent, the staff and owners are all really nice and they offer COFFEE FLIGHTS! So delish! Love that they offer delivery too!

Great staff. But I ordered a bowl of chili inside. 5 min in they started my order. She microwaved it. I was expecting hot chili pot or at least hot prior to order. At least place microwave out of sight. They had to reheat my chili and transfer into styrofoam bowl before giving me my to go order. I was there for 20 min just for a med bowl of chili. Disappointed.

Terrible customer service 2nd time in a row. Two different employees didn’t even acknowledge I was there (no other customers in line inside). After several minutes I stood next to the cash register and read a couple pages from my book. Still not a word from them. Finally, I just asked one of them if I could order from them. Took the both of them to make hot chocolate- didn’t even offer whipped cream. But at least the price was reasonable.

I dont write many reviews, however this is needed.On Monday September 20, 2021 I was stuck at work in a parking lot unable to leave because of time sensitive situation. What was originally set for an hour was changed to 3 hours and ended up being 6 hours. I had nothing to drink. Almost all delivery food service wont deliver to a vehicle sitting in a parking lot (sounds sketchy). I called C & S and explained my situation. In less than 15 minutes (probably 10) one of the young ladies arrived with my drink.Not being able to leave my location was unexpected, however this team of wonderful people helped me make it through the 6 hours. They are friendly and my drink was just as I expected it- perfectly made.Thank you ladies I appreciated it very much- you my heroes that day.

I really have found this coffee place is more than coffee & energy drinks. I get my lunch there at least three times a week. They have great choices and some even healthier than fast food. I enjoy theyre detox water too.

So glad we found this place online! Great coffee and food options with a lively and hip vibe. We got a pair of breakfast croissants with eggs, cheese, and bacon and were surprised by the large size compared to many other coffee shops. Tasted just as good as it looked too! Service was very friendly and welcoming. May go back for lunch before we leave town!

Pros: Fast, prices are ok, food is good when made as ordered.Con: We go to this place often and they get our order wrong (not exaggerating) 80% of the time. I cant remember the last time they got our entire order correct. Do not go here if you have food allergies. Im lactose-intolerant and always ask for oat milk, no cheese, etc., but they frequently use normal milk and cheese anyway. My husband always asks for white coffee, but they almost always use normal espresso (we were wondering today if they even have white coffee since we ask for it so often and never get it.) You want it hot? They give you cold. You want flavor? They wont give you any. No nuts on your sandwich? Too bad, you get nuts. Its honestly comical at this point.This issue could easily be resolved if the batistas wrote down orders and used the repeat-back method. Its pretty basic customer service.

Had a great muffin breakfast sandwich one day this week, and a BLT the next day, both very good, hot, along with the coffee. Clean inside, busy, and friendly staff, a good place to chill when you need to.

We got strawberry red bull and some sandwiches. The jalapeño popper sandwich is where its at, give it a shot.

Love this place on Terrace Heights the ladies there are so sweet and welcoming and great customer service. No attitude like the one on 40th. Ex: If my coffee was not what I liked and asked them to add more flavor they would give attitude or argue with me and I would leave there upset. But at the Terrace Heights they accommodate me and fix it with a smile and apology. So I rather drive all the way there than to go to the one down the street. Anyways I recommend this place in Terrace Heights. ❤❤❤

Bottom line: everything was...ok.Nothing we ordered was completely terrible. But both the hot and iced lattes were bland and mostly just tasted of milk, except the hot latte, which was sweetened without being ordered with sweetener, and ended up being overly sweet. The breakfast burrito was somehow almost completely without flavor. The toasted everything bagel with cream cheese was just kind of warm and chewy, like it had been microwaved, and was also somehow greasy. The prices dont match the quality, and to top it off the customer service was subpar. So, we ended up with caffeine. And some food. Which I guess was the goal, but I wouldnt return, and unless youre in a pinch, you can probably find better.

I have always loved the original Tom Toms on 40th... Cass lets us get away with our crazy drink orders ask the time. I am pleased to say that this location is just as friendly. I highly recommend the Sunrise!

Love the new lunch specials.but thier lunch specials arent posted on a regular basis and Im not going to call every day to see what the special is.The specials Ive had so far have been good.

I am new to Yakima and so far from all the establishments I have visited, this small cafe has the worst Customer service. If management is reading these reviews, pls meet with your employees cause a customer wouldn’t want to see an employee being so cold in the morning! It just ruins everyone’s mood.

Food is always cold and doesn’t taste well. Customer service needs a lot of help of being polite. Especially the drive thru person on the intercom.

Love the location, the food is great and the coffee is pretty good. My biggest problem is that something is wrong with my order 75% of the time. Also, Ive been stuck in line longer than ten minutes (not moving) a few times now. I wish they would have people pull to the front door to grab their orders or something.

They have some pretty delicious food. An they are quick to make it. Never waited in line to long. Their coffee isnt my favorite but its not bad by any means. Its my go to stop for a Americano and a hot fresh breakfast burrito

These ladies make some great drinks! Not only their drinks, but their food is delicious 😋 they dont dissapoint. If they make it wrong theyll take care of you and make it right. Will continue buying here. Completely recommend 👌

Great menu for a quick pick me up!On sight, handmade sandwiches, coffee drinks and pastries. Fast, made to order by a super friendly, upbeat staff. This ones become our Go to! when passing through Yakima. Worth the stop!You wont be disappointed.

Ordered here via delivery app, and the drinks were not good. Twisted Sister flavored Redbull drink was made with SunnyD, not orange juice. Flavored coffee was not flavored. I might give them another shot at a later date, but first impression was poor.

Terrible experience, was charged for a drink I didn’t order on top of the drinks I did actually order. Then I was told they couldn’t refund it and that I would have to have a gift card. Even though they charged me for things I didn’t order. Coffee was not good at all. Will not be going back. The previous experiences I’ve had have not been good either. Would not recommend.

Nice open floor plan with really friendly staff. They dont have music playing over speakers which is really nice for studying & when you are trying to have a conversation with people. The food is pretty good too. I got a chocolate milk and it was about $4.00 which was kind of pricey in my opinion, but still a great study spot. Its also nice because the windows face west, so there is a lot of natural light in the afternoons.

Very disappointed two times in a row my order was wrong. They would not give me my money back but offered a gift card. I did not want a gift card to a place that doesn’t listen to my orders. They have lost my business.

We order almost daily here, and today was the worst experience ever, I was highly disappointed with our service. Our order was incorrect, so they corrected it but only after making us feel like we were trying to scam a free drink. We will now be taking our business elsewhere, and will recommend all others do the same.

Great coffee and food!

Customer service was great but my girlfriend got us 2 coffees and 1 cookie but was charged for a extra cookie.they didn’t want to give her a refund just a gift card...to make it worst the coffee was the worst coffees I ever had ...we usually get Italian sodas but after this experience we would rather drive further into yakima to get better coffees and don’t get charged extra

C&S is a great place for coffee and breakfast food. Their scrambles are the best! Their new space in Terrace Heights has a ton of room and a nice conference room for meetings.

I stopped in on my way out of town the other day to grab myself and kids something to drink. I have to say that I received the best customer service that I have gotten in a long time! Bri was AMAZING! All of our drinks tasted great and her positive attitude was infectious, we all drove off with smiles on our faces and great tasting drinks to sip on during our trip! Thank you Bri and all of the baristas at C&S, you never disappoint!

Staff was friendly but I was disappointed in my food and drink. My mango smoothie had no flavor and my bagel with cream cheese was under toasted and cold.
