Excellent experience start to finish! Jamie in the front office was helpful, attentive, had great follow through and worked to make sure my project moved along smoothly. Definitely a better experience than I got down the road when I went to look at samples. Kudos to your whole team for providing a great product with exceptional service to back it up!

The owner of Italstone treats his employees terribly. Ive come into the shop several times and on occasion I can hear Gjino yelling and cursing at employees. I also understand he underpays his staff. The young woman I talked to was a polisher and made 13.50. She would make more at McDonalds flipping burgers. Selfish business owners like Gjino are a disease.

Great Job. Met Gino one day and had a person out to measure within 2 days. Had the stone cut the following day. Install was a few days after that. Very impressed and reasonable price.
