Literally all I wanted was an estimate to fix a broken sliding window and it took them 2 days to get back to me. In that time it took them to get an estimate I already found someone else to fix it and I think you should do the same if you have a problem similar to mine and value your time.
We purchased the most beautiful vinyl windows from Yakima Glass! The quality was beyond expectations! Daniel thoroughly took care of us from start to finish! He is so knowledgeable and considerate of our needs! And Katie in the office supplied the best customer service and care for us. The crew and their lead: J.D. & Frank did an amazing job! They were professional and their quality of craftsmanship was excellent! They were such a pleasure to welcome to our home! And cant wait to invite them back for additional windows in the future
They underpay employees and take peoples last check.
Clean and knowledgeable support from all the weedco employees never a disappointment!
Great customer service and amazing deals! Go check it out
Yakima Glass vs. Washington Central GlassOn 5th August 2020, I placed a call with Yakima Glass and asked for a quote for a large piece of glass. I gave them the dimensions. They said the quote will be ready within a few days and they will call back. After 1 week I called them. The office woman was quite nasty, said she called, left a message. I checked the phone account online. There was no record of calls or any voice message from them. However, they gave me a quote of $85.In the meanwhile, we figured out that we needed 2 more windows changed. I asked to please send out a tech to take the measurements and give us a quote. She asked if we want them to do the installation as well. I said that we would like to get two quotes, one with the install, one without. We made an appointment; on the day off, I took time off work to be there. On the morning of I called and asked if the 10am appointment is on. The office woman said: “No, you have an appointment between 10am-12pm, not at 10am.” And hanged up. I waited till 1pm. Nothing. I called. She said the tech be there in 30 min. I waited till 2pm; no show. I called again. “You’re next on the list.”, she said. I waited till 5.30pm; no show. Next day, when I was at work, they called that someone is on their way. I rushed from work, and finally, the tech showed up. He finally took the measurements on 26th Aug.He took all the details and said by 28th Aug well have a quote, or worst case scenario, by 2nd Sept. On 3rd Sept, I called. They didn’t have the quote ready. On the 4th, they sent the quote: 3 windows (out of which one had already been quoted for $85) were estimated for $1,090. The door was $655. I asked for a breakdown, and they said that they can’t give me a breakdown. These prices included installation. We never got a quote without the installation. They said they can’t give us a price without installation.I then said that I will go with the $85 window and the $655 door only. They said they will need us to re-measure everything and they will give us a new quote, because if they don’t do the installation, they can’t use the information their tech took from the field. Thats their policy. I asked them how come they can’t use the measurements that their tech took from our place, and they said, they won’t do that because unless we pay for the install, they can’t pay for their tech time, so they won’t use their tech dimensions. They also said that the plain piece of glass that was initially quoted for $85, was actually going to be $185.After all this was said and done, I called Central Valley Glass. They made an appointment for me for the next week. The day before the appointment, they called and confirmed the appointment. On the day of, their tech arrived 20 minutes late, and the office lady called to let us know he will be late. The tech came, took the measurements. We had the window next week. The window was $165 with professional install. The office lady called to re-confirm the appointment for the install the day before they came out. They couldn’t help with the door, but sent us to their partner and we got the door for $265.Central Valley Glass solved our window issues within 1 week from the day they took the measurements, for $430, as opposed to Yakima Glass who wanted to charge us $840 after two unjustifiable painful months of trying to get them to give us some quotes and some options. Not to mention the quality of customer service; it was great with Central Valley Glass and abysmal with Yakima Glass. I rarely came across such poor service as Yakima Glass.I would STRONGLY discourage anyone to work with Yakima Glass, and STRONGLY encourage anyone to work with Central Valley Glass.

I needed to single pane glass cut for an old farm door. They used my template and cut new glass within the same day nearly and I was able to pick it up the very next day.
We were amazed on how fast there response was. From the phone call to the install they were really nice and help. When its time to replace my old windows they will definitely get my business.
