This is my preferred and most visited pawn shop in my local area in my opinion it is definitely the best one they have lay a way which makes getting desirable items much easier and the staff is very very friendly Ive come to know them personally and are like friends honestly the range of items they have is amazing from guns to jewelry to electronics and tools and when it comes to pawning or selling something to them they dont cheat or low ball you completely like most pawn shops of your item is valued at 200 they wont offer u 25$ which is very helpful and respectful overall id consider this a must stop by shop in yakima just to see what they have and if you like guns then definitely come in they always have an amazing selection

Please do not go here they are lousy cheapskates dude offered me 10$ for a fresh almost new pair of joycons take it from me if you want at least some money back go to toppenish went there they didnt even hesitate to give me 30$ screw this place they treat you like desprate crackheads

Kevin, he has an attitude when helping customers, including myself. Talks AT people instead of TO them. Great pawn shop, when I see him working I rather have another associate help me than him. Save the attitude Kevin, you’re too old to be acting like a high school girl with all that attitude and spunk..

Had to go in on 3 separate occasions. The first time I was standing in line for 10 minutes and then they helped someone else before me.The second time I was told I could receive 50-100$ for my computer, but I would need to replace the charger first because it was frayed (computer was in the same exact condition that it was when I bought it from this location a year ago).So I spent 10$ to replace the cable, and now they said 40$ and I also need to get a keyboard and mouse for it.I guess the biggest pawn shop in Yakima doesent have an extra keyboard or mouse lying around

After seeing what other pawn shops are willing to loan you I definitely would use Yakima’s American Pawn. They are far more likely to give you what you need and increase once you’ve pawn same item. When it comes to pawning i trust I will be offered a reasonable amount!

They sell everything as-is now - no return policy. Warranties start at 5% of the price for 7 days. The customer shouldnt have to fork out extra money to be testers for the products they sell.On top of that, the guy i was talking to had no knowledge of the product i was buying.Youre better off shopping on craigslist or Facebook marketplace.

This is the best place tp buy sell and pawn. Been doing business for 19 years and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else

I went so sell my Nintendo Switch games Minecraft and Justdance 2019, they acted rude, like 10 for each game that THEY offered was such a problem for them. Worst customer service ever. You want people who understand that they work in a pawnshop? Don’t go here.

WORST service i’ve ever received in my ENTIRE life. NOT a good pawn shop, 10/10 would never come here again. Cheap ass people! Workers talked instead of helping customers and i waited 25 minutes for them to only offer me $10 on an expensive pair of headphones that are in perfect working condition! RUDE workers, LONG lines and CHEAP offers on EXPENSIVE name brand items. this place is a joke.

This place is garbage. Employees are terrible. Prices change at will of the owner for no reason. Goes off of the cheapest Ebay accounts to price their offer. Buy a 600$ item for 50$ and turn around and sell for 450$
