Selling expired products and wont give a refund! THEY DONT CARE BUT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT DOES!

We just got an above ground pool and are first time pool owners. Me and my daughters went in to get some chlorine tablets for our skimmer. When I walked in an older women instantly asked if I needed help! Yay! I explained to her that we where first time pool owners and I wasnt sure what I needed but I was looking for tablets. She asked me what size but I didnt know so I told her I wasnt sure. She seemed annoyed with me and so in an attempt to fill in the gaps I said Would the size of the tablets depend on the size of the pool? She said only if it was liquid chlorine and just stared at me. So I just said okay... And asked what size tablets she did have and she said three inch. I have a bucket for 145. I asked if she had anything in a smaller amount and she said no and that no one else would either. Okay... So I just thanked her and left . She was very short with me and didnt offer me any advice of help. We are just going to order on Amazon. What a horrible experience.

Very surprised their prices are extremely fair and comparable to Amazon and other big box stores. Very pleasant and good customer service.

They do a good job and are friendly, once they actually get here.We had them out May 1st to get the pool going for the season (Since last year we apparently called too late and they were so busy we never 👏 got👏our👏pool👏open. They didnt have time to come out through August.) and they havent come back since-- despite our having called them no less than 6 times to ask when theyll be back. They always say some time this week and then never come.The phone service is also very sub-par. The woman is always rude and condescending and sounds like answering even simple questions is causing her undue emotional labor. If there were more pool services in the area, wed have called them forever ago.If you know anyone who is a spa technician and looking to move, tell them to come to Yakima! If A1 is so busy that they can go all season without getting to us, we need more technicians in this market.

I took a water sample in today for testing. I ended up leaving without getting it tested. The woman behind the counter was awful. Her customer service was terrible and her attitude was even worse. I never write reviews good or bad so for me to take the time to write this means it was far beyond someone having a bad day. I will never step foot inside that store again and I would caution you that if you do beware of the lady behind the counter. This thing made me put one star to post the review I dont think they deserve even one.

Very poor service... I have a pool that was scheduled to be cleaned and they didnt show up. When I call they said sorry we will half to get you next week. Next week came and they came out to clean but was Drunk and did a poor job, I called again they said sorry we will get someone else to come out next week, that came and went with no one show up. I called again, they said I should get some one else to clean my pool. I dont know how they stay in busines. Very poor service.... Phone service ride...

Absolutely rude phone service. I called for the first time and the person was using an insulting tone and was not helpful. I felt very disrespected. The worker talked to me like I was an idiot instead of just helping me with my question.
