Chuck said he will call me today (24 May 2021). Based on my previous experience, I do not believe that anyone from the dealership will call. But I sit here with anticipation. They did not call. I again had to initiate the contact but they did get me the zero turn mower I wanted. So I upgraded the rating a bit. Still waiting on the field mower. Let’s see if they call.

Nice sales guy sold me a hat. Owner was also very nice. They have a pretty solid inventory of tractors.
They are artists at ripping people off...I own a business in Yakima and they gave me a loaner that cost me 9 hours of work because it didn’t run. They were suppose to fix my machine and have it done in 2 days...I came to get it and they hadn’t even touched it yet. It took them over a week...long story short they put a $129.00 part in my kubbota and charged me over $800.00 in labor with 0 compensation for time lost for my work as a result of they’re faulty equipment...I changed THE SAME PART MY SELF and the total time was 30 min...DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT COMPANY...THEY ARE SHYSTERS.
Poor customer service, parts people lack experience, not professional environment. Reliable source spoke of how they change serial plates on farm equipment to charge customers more money for older units.
