The billing office is highly unorganized and cannot keep records of customer payments. They bill for services that have already been paid for, mix up service addresses with mailing addresses, choose not to return phone messages and send customers to collections after they cashed the check and didnt make any note of it! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of paying attention to the details and apologizing for their mistake i hear nothing. Luckily I used bill pay with my bank and they will be moving forward with collecting against the district. What a horrible operation!
Never have I heard of them and they sent me to collections.
