I personally have a storage here and I also but storages from an online auction site from here and I love them. Out of all the places Ive tried in Yakima WA, secure storage is the most understanding and more like real people with real emotions unlike most of these by the book, might as well switch to AI companies.

9/2021 (5 Stars)Have used this facility for 8+ years. The facility is clean and well maintained. In the winter, snow has always been cleared before Ive arrived. The office staff are friendly and a pleasure to work with.

House burned up. Had to have a storage place for the items we were able to find. This one seems to be quite secure. Coded check-in and coded check-out. Easy process to rent and pay monthly. Nice person behind the desk.

I literally called at least ten other storages trying to find a 10 by 12 and no one had any available.When I called your storage a very friendly lady named amanda answered my call and all my questions and says yes we have one and it is available today.When I was taken to the unit it was the size we needed and I was also able to afford it.Good size for the price. Nice and secure place.

Friendly staff, easy application process and place looks clean. Looks like they care about their business--refreshing.

A thief drilled through my lock & robbed me! I know of 2 other parties that were robbed a month ago, as well. NO Security Cameras on all of the buildings. They do not cooperate with Police. Apparently this is Corporate Policy. They are not a secure place to store your belongings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After being a customer for 5+ years I was treated very disrespectfully by their project manager Deborah. She was inconsiderate, aggressive, and very unprofessional. I chose to take my business elsewhere after she decided to speak to my family and I very inappropriately.I would not recommend.

I went to get a storage unit. Misty was at the counter and did an amazing job in getting me all set up and her knowledge of the facility was unmatched. I was surprised to find out that she only recently started as the manager. Facility is pricey but with her on staff, well worth the money spent. Highly recommended.

We rent a unit for several months and we are so happy for the service we received. The people are very friendly and I really recommend this place! Great place!

Good storage place

If you are looking for a decent storage unit keep looking this place is way overpriced and prices go up every couple years I paid them too much for 10 years then found out what a storage should cost see ya thieves never again.

I am currently a renter and have been for a while. The staff are great people and have been very kind. They keep the place clean and I feel safe to go there alone in the dark. Tom has helped me several times whenever I have asked. They are super friendly. I however am looking to move because the prices went up and its cheaper else where and I can get a unit much larger for what I pay. I would recommend Yakima secure to anyone

Super people to deal with. Stored my moms possessions here after she passed away. They were bery helpful and very reasonably priced. If i lived in yakima i would definitely do business with them. They had a first month special as well as senior rates.

Great place to store your stuff. The couple that run it, are very sweet. They show you the unit first, and the paper work was fast and simple. The storage units are clean and gated. Also you can drop your uhaul off there too!

My father in law has a unit there.fot locked in n had to call me manager in the 425 area code o get out n was informed that at 9:30 gates to leave auto lock n ur code wont let u out n no emergency exit button to get out so u could b stuck till the morning
