The services that I received from Maricela was excellent. She was friendly and ensured that I was properly informed. I was unsure if I would be able to find something to help with my plantar fasciitis, but Maricela was very patient and helpful with finding the right fittings for my needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has difficulty finding the right foot support or good walking shoes in general.

Was having terrible problems with plantar faschitis - couldnt walk because feet hurt so badly and it affected my knees as well. Went to Good Feet in desperation. There I met Mary, who showed me the system and saved my life. A month in, my feet are totally free of pain. The change is simply astounding!

Maricela explained the pressure map to me and showed me what I suspected. I got some issues that are causing me pain at work. I felt some relief upon trying the products and was explained that it’s a work in progress type of product. It’s a financial decision why I didn’t buy todaybut I think I gonna do the strengthener to begin.

I was skeptical (especially considering the price) but Im so glad I got the supports! I cant remember the last time my feet felt so good. Ive spent thousands to trying to but comfortable shoes and insoles and its been a water of money. They might have helped for a few days or even a couple weeks but eventually I was back to being sore footed. Ive been wearing the Good Feet insoles for 3 weeks now and there are days I forget my feet used to hurt. THANK YOU GOOD FEET!

I do love my insoles. After about a week using them, my feet are feeling better. I also have neck and back aches every day and honestly, I havent been having any aches at all. I would definitely recommend insoles from The Good Feet Store, its worth it!

I came in with my mom to look into getting some shoes and possibly some type of inserts or insoles. We were helped right away and picked a pair of shoes and the plastic insert series that was recommended to her. When she rang us up I thought it had to be a typo. I was wrong. We were charged $1,500.00 for one pair of shoes and 3 different plastic inserts for her shoes!! We bought the shoes and a more economical pair of inserts. The treatment we received before our purchase and after was 100% different. Once the employee knew we weren’t buying her tone and demeanor completely changed. While we were there there were two other customers that came through and BOTH complained of the cost. I should have realized then and asked more questions. If anyone is looking for an ugly over priced pair of orthopedic shoes in a size 6.5 let me know. They’re too heavy for my mom and she can’t wear them.

I work in fast food and I’m on my feet all day. The guys at TGFS promised me their products would allow me to work pain free. Nope. The $400 insoles worked no better than $50 ones that I bought elsewhere. I ended every day in pain. I want my money back. The fact that this place didn’t give money back guarantees should’ve tipped me off that this place is a rip-off.

I just went in to ask about my foot pain, and I was rushed into purchasing this $1200 set of arch supports, which I cant afford, and I was never told there was a no return policy... now Im stuck making a monthly payment thats more than my dang car payment.... I never would have walked out the door with these if the return policy was not was not explained

From the moment I scheduled the appointment online, Rachel called and left me a voicemail. She was excited and eager for me to get the best out of my time with her. I have had foot pain on and off for at least 15 years. I have had injections, slept in a boot, used pain creams and tried massage therapy and chiropractics. I had some relief at times, but nothing permanent.It makes sense now. The injections were decreasing inflammation, but never resolving the underlying issues. My foot is flat and wide and I go barefoot often. My foot is out of shape...Rachel explained the system, and it all makes perfect sense. My feet needed to be restructured in order to function properly. Simple. Ive done Invisalign for my teeth, and its essentially the same thing, but for the feet.I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot and broke my left foot in 3 places 2 years ago. I have been to a podiatrist and an orthopedist. I know about foot pain. I recently paid over $700 for the injections alone, which brought zero relief.Rachel explained it all, then told me the prices. I hesitated only a moment, and then purchased the whole system and two pairs of shoes. Its an investment in my future. I need my feet, for home, work, and fun!I have now been wearing them a week. I do not go barefoot for long. My orthotics are in my house shoes, my outdoor working shoes, and my new Brooks tennis shoes. Yes, sometimes, I feel like Mr.Rogers when I change them, but I can live with that!!!My feet dont hurt!!!I can tell the strengtheners are making a change in my foot structure, the maintainers are keeping it supported and corrected, and even my house shoes, with the relaxers in them, feel relaxed yet supported.I am so glad I went in, after seeing and hearing commercial after commercial. And I look forward to increasing the time on my feet in everything I do.

I had an appointment and was able to go right in with Shelby helping me. Shelby was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained well what we were doing and what to do when I got home. This appointment was for my husband and while she measured and printed his feet, she turned on the foot massager for me to try out. It was great! I think the initial presentation should emphasize that time is required to get used to new arch devices and that their value will be more appreciated further down the road. I have experienced relief since my purchase. My new arches are a little pricey but pain relief comes at some expense.

My experience has not been satisfactory. I was not given the cost of the orthotics until I had been fitted. I was stunned when I was told that the cost was over $400.00. I wore the orthotics as directed —having plantar fasciitis on my left heel. I wore the orthotics for over 2 weeks after the breaking-in period & the heel became more painful. I went back to Good Feet & was fitted with smaller orthotics. Two + weeks have past and the orthotics are still not working for me & my left hip is becoming painful. I am on a fixed income. I want a refund.

The service was professional and friendly and very thorough. Shelby explained every aspect of the foot structure and the importantance proper foot support. It took a little over an hour for the visit by the time I left I had a comfortable pair of shoes on my feet and I think things are going to be much better in my walking and standing going forward. thank you Good feet....No that should be Great feet for an uplifting experience.😀

After dealing with sore heels and hearing advertisements about the Good Feet Store, today I went to the Yakima store. I received a warm welcome from Shelby. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in fitting and allowing me to try out the inserts. I am anxious to see the results and relief I will feel using these inserts.

I went to the Good Feet store to upgrade my fittings as my current inserts were causing discomfort. A young lady named Shelby worked with me to find a more comfortable fit. I think she tried every possibleInsert in the store to make sure I had a perfect fit. She was very knowledgeable and patient and was just superior in her desire to make sure I had the most comfort fit possible.

Shelby already had inserts but needed a reassessment. Rachel worked with Shelby, made a few suggestions and switched out Shelbys supports and she was golden. Then she tweaked mine and it was perfect. I also purchased an additional pair. She whips those inserts in and out of shoes so fast and easy I’m jealous. I highly recommend the Yakima Store. Go see Rachel. Great service and amazing products. I am using shoe inserts for strengthening, maintaining and relaxing my feet. I had been experiencing excruciating pain in my heels (especially the left heel) and I had problems walking when I would get up in the morning. I am in my 3rd full day of using my inserts and new shoes and I am pain free and I no longer have any problems walking. This was an early Fathers Day Gift from my daughter Caley and I will be forever grateful.

Went there and got the most comfortable shoes Ive ever had in my life. The manager there was very very helpful! Took the time to find out what my needs were, measured both feet and worked with me until I found just the right fit! That was so helpful because I have lots of problems trying to find the perfect fit with my large hammertoe. My feet like waking on marshmallows which is what my physical therapist said they should feel like. Highly recommend them!!

Hard sell, Ive been in sales for years and saw it coming. Would not take no for a answer. The sales bad mouthed my podiatrist. I didnt buy, but my friend did.Just what I thought, made no difference in his feet problems. No follow up, never called once they got the sale. They just forget your name. Waste of over $1,000.00.Go to a professional. If you need arch supports they are made for your feet and much cheaper.Podiatrist have a degree not a sales training class!

My heel had been hurting so bad for over a year. It was excruciating. I felt immense relief after wearing for only a half hour of wearing the orthotic. I have been pain free for months now. They are amazing!

My visit was very positive, the salesman did a great job of explaining everything. The only issue I have is the price, maybe it’s worth it, but when in your head $500 was going to a lot then you see what the actually cost is... ouch! Almost $1400, that’s a lot of money. I may still do it, but the sticker shock hasn’t worn off yet. I’m going to try several other things first and they won’t be that much money for sure.This is a week later...Seth, the new store manager contacted me and was very polite and helpful. It turns out that, although I wasn’t offered, there are different price points and had I known that, it’s likely I would have purchased. I literally walked into the store got tested and measured and all that offered me an insert the insert was fabulous I walked out to my truck and threw my can the back of it and I havent used it in the past 3 weeks this is undoubtedly one of the best inserts it is absolutely the best out there it has got me walking straight without bounce loss with neuropathy I am extremely happy with this product the price was expensive but it was worth every penny please know you have helped save my life James Gentry

Walked in with lots of pain in my feet. Didn’t really think a support was going to make a difference to be honest. I had a nice lovely young lady named Ari. First off she fully explained how they worked (very knowledgeable) I must say. Second she wasn’t afraid to touch my feet during the process and third she took her time and explored through a variety of supports until she found the ideal one for me. God bless this woman! My feet are no longer in pain. And the best part of all, I haven’t taken any medication since my visit to the store! I definitely recommend this place if your in foot pain.

Worse sales team ripping off old people. With a lifetime support that don’t even do much. Have a family member who owns some and what a rip off my grandma to old to use computers so I am leaving this feedback. Worse items ever save your money. They will try to get you to buy in full if you say no they will talk you into putting on a credit for payments not caring all they want is the sales so they hit their goal each month. They say it’s not base on commission but they get bonus if they sell so many in a month. So that’s a lie

Less than impressed I went in with my girl friend I have planter fastidious so I needed some thing. Then they sucked her in by a free impression then started the used car sales process. Then in the end with no warning Im paying $2,700.00 for insoles O and no returns by the way. Never will I recommend or go back . Major Joke and RIP off never even offered to maybe sell me two pieces but no had to have all 3 and Ill never use the night ones Im Im in the house Im sleeping. I have quite using them and went to DR sholes with arch support for planter fastidious and back is improving and I can at least walk again. I bought a new pair of Brooks Glycerin 15, size 8d on March 14, 2018. I took them home and wore them around the house 1/2 hour. They hurt the front pad of my feet so bad I realized I couldnt use them or they would permanently damage my feet. On March 16th, 2018 I went to return them. They informed me that the sale was final and that they informed me of this when I bought them (looking at the receipt of sale it says that there is a 30 day exchange policy). Neither the sales people nor the owner said anything to me about this minuscule factor when I bought them (the agreed upon price was $140.00. for this pair of tennis shoes.) When I went to exchange them, I was informed that I could not do so.When asked if I could get a refund they refused that as well. As a long time Brooks customer I feel appalled at this type of behavior and will not purchase this brand again and certainly not frequent this establishment. $140.00 was money well earned, but lost to a bunch of con artists, posing as shoe salesmen. I urge others to take your business else where.

Im hoping for the best.Update: Wore my insoles for 3 days, my left foot feels great, my right foot on the other hand is having some problems. My whole big toe feels numd. Not sure what the issue is yet. Even after a full night of sleep (no insert) the toe still has the numb feeling.Update: 10/18/18 after an exchange of my insoles to try and correct the numbness in my right foot, there was no change to the comfort. I can only wear the relaxer for about a half hour before I get the numbness back (it takes several hours for the numbness to go away). I took them into the store to try and get my money refunded back to my card but they had me fill out a paper request and they will send it to their main office to see if they can do it. I was told by the original sales person that if they did not work out that the money could be refunded back to my card.

Sticker SHOCK! Outrageously priced insoles. I asked when going into the store how much they were...she said between $100 and $300. Ok...by the end of the demonstration they want you to buy 3 pair of insoles at $400 EACH! The shoes were priced the same as anyone else. By the time my hubby and I walked out it was $1700! 😳 did it help my plantar fasciitis? Nope! Will they give you your money back? Nope! Did the sales person call us back in 10 days as he said he would? Nope! Would I ever buy inserts here again? NOPE!
