I feel like a new customer every time I walk in here. Nobody remembers my name, face, anything, after being in there and talking to the same people on 4 occasions over 6 months. Forgive me if they suffer from amnesia and Im not aware. Took about a month to get my boots polished/new heel. Did a good job, however I would advise you have a 2nd pair of boots to wear if you want to wait it out.
