Great place for service and repairs. I’ve gone here several times for general auto repairs as well as tires and they’ve always done a great job. Flexible, helpful and really nice and knowledgeable people both in the front and in the shop. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for over a year and I can tell you this is the best place in town! Brian is absolutely amazing. He is very polite, helpful, and you can tell he really cares about the customers. I highly recommend making this Tire warehouse your go to place for just about anything! A flat tire, oil changes, state inspections, and so much more. They’ve always made sure to get my car in and out as fast as possible. Thank you to Brian and the team for all you guys do! These guys are great! I like the fact that they bring you back in the service bay to show you what they are talking about. You can book appointments online if you prefer, and they are open 7 days a week. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I trust them with my car.

I am writing this review for my husband, Tim Lewis, and myself. He is a repeat customer at this store. They have always provided prompt, courteous and competent services, so he goes there often, especially to get oil changes and routine service.

My car broke down at Bradbury State Park on Saturday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment with VIP the same day. They stayed late to install the new starter and I couldnt be happier with their service!

On Sunday 10/10/2021 my husband and I were about to start our 3 hour drive home from a wedding when my check engine light came on. We came here first and told them about the situation. I was extremely anxious, worried that we would be stranded until the following day when they or another shop in the area happened to have an opening. Although they had a full schedule they found a way to fit us in and got us back on the road in only two hours! We can not thank the people working there enough!

I needed an inspection sticker for my car. It was quick and easy to make an appointment online. When I arrived, Charlie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful checking me in. My car was taken in right away and was done in no time! Great experience!!!

This is the second time I have been to this location with different vehicles. These guys are great. I always get a little leary when not going with the dealership, my first experience was great and I figured I would go again with my other vehicle. Yesterday was a very pleasant experience. I had set the apppointment, they took me right in. A short time later the mechanic came out and wanted to talk about what he did and made recommendations, ie.. air filter changes etc. the mechanic “Matt” is was very informative- really knew what he was talking about and showed me the how and why of his recommendations. I understand every place tries to up-sell, but Matt wasn’t pushy and as I mentioned knew what we was taking about. During the checkout period “David” at the counter was extremely professional. Not only professional with our interaction but I was able to witness his interaction with someone on the phone. Extremely professional. I would easily recommend this location to anyone without hesitation. These two gentlemen made the visit rememberable with their knowledge and professionalism. I travel a lot with my job, nationwide, and I can tell you that these traits they displayed and this experience is very hard to come across these days. Great job gentlemen!

Great customer service! My Mum, Patricia Elliott, needed to have her car battery replaced.. They were very helpful and had her in and out within the hour even though she did not have a scheduled appointment! She also enjoyed free coffee while she waited! I dropped my Honda Accord off at the V.I.P in Yarmouth to get a tired repaired and an oil change. I was updated within 20 minutes of my appointment time as to a course of action. I was pleased with the service I received. Both times I went into the store the people were polite and willing to help!

Amazing customer service! I had to get my jeep towed from the side of the interstate and was away from home and not familiar with the area. The employees at VIP told me they were booked for the day but if I could get towed in that they would look at it. As soon as I got there, they looked at it, told me what was wrong, and made the time to have the jeep done as soon as possible so that I was able to drive home. Thank you!!

I had a quote from Costco for new tires and was surprised that VIP was able to meet the price. Saved me a 100 mile trip and the customer service was friendly, courteous, the job was done ahead of schedule.

The people at our Yarmouth VIP are great. From showing me the way to a desperately needed bathroom to simple cheerfulness, its a pleasure doing business there. At one point, I was sitting next to a person who had a car of the same make, model, year and color as mine. It seems we both needed new filters and the man at the desk spoke with me first, mistaking the other persons car for mine. They had no more of the same filters when it came time to replacing the other persons. The filter they had was more expensive and they chose to give it to him rather than charging the higher price. Customer service is good there.

Every single time I go to get work done, its always really poor customer service and they always mess something up then want to charge me for it.First time was a car with an engine light on and needed an inspection sticker. I dropped it off for an appointment to find out what was wrong with the vehicle, walked to Dunkin, came back 10 minutes later and my cars outside already. Went in and they said the engine lights on we cant put a sticker on it. Yes, I know. Thats why I made an appointment to get it checked to see what it needed for a sticker. Person argued with me and wouldnt take it back it to actually find out what was wrong.Second time, brought a vehicle in, already knowing the issue and wanted an estimate. They wanted to charge me $125 to tell me what I already knew what was wrong. They told me they had to do a bunch of test and thats what it cost, $125 to literally tell me what I already told them was wrong and only wanted an estimate for the issue.Third time they took my car in to work on, and while they fixed it, they broke something else saying they didnt do it correctly and didnt realize they messed up until after they had already taken it for a test drive, and now wants to charge $400 for them to fix it.I will not being going back here for my personal cara or business again. Neither will I recommend. This is just beyond a scam.

I had a flat tire and I called VIP and they told me that they was very busy but if I can drop it off they would do there best to get it done before the day was out. Well I dropped it off and I dont even think it was a hour later I got a call from VIP saying your truck is ready to go I was like great and not just did they fix my tire they put in a new valve stem and balanced the tire put new weights in it. Now thats what I am talking about going up and beyond. I was back on the road within 1 hour. And I didnt plan on having my truck back until the end of the day because they was so busy but they fit me in and back on road within a hour. Thanks mat for your hard work.

I was very happy to get new snow tires and an inspection at the Yarmouth VIP. They made it easy to get an appointment, the price was fair and the work was well done. Already recommended VIP to my son and wife.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when I forgot my inspection appointment. They were very forgiving, and scheduled me for just a few days later. The inspection was quick and efficient, though they did discover that I needed two new air filters.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness shown by the service manager and mechanic. They discovered an important defect with my tires and recommended the type of new tire I should purchase. VIP is the place to go. I took my car in last night for an oil change and the service was excellent. The staff are also wearing masks with the VIP logo on the front, which tells me they take the health of their customers seriously. Thank you VIP staff for all your hard work.

Recently had an oil change at the Yarmouth, Me location. David was the man behind the service desk. He was very customer focused . He said the oil change would take about 45 minutes and he would call when it was done. I was very pleased and will go back for other services at this location.

My mother had a flat tire at 12pm before a holiday weekend and snow storm. I tried the usual place she goes and they said 10-days cause of all the snow tire changeovers. In a panic I called VIP and they said if I could get it there they would get it done that day. I was there in 15 minutes and by 5pm the tire was repaired and it was only 20$! Cheers to VIP and the Yarmouth team for stepping up and ensuring my mother was safe.

The VIP in Yarmouth has always been very helpful and efficient! I can always trust them to do an oil change and/or other maintenance quickly and they are always very friendly.

I had a seized brake caliper piston on Christmas Eve and they were busy, but still managed to get me in and get the work done in a couple of hours. I was impressed with the customer service and quality of work and most impressed that they made it happen on such short notice.

Vip did a great job on my oil change. They gave feedback on other issues with my Toyota and were kind and helpful. They have been fair with prices and I have been using them since 2015.

VIP Yarmouth has been my go to since I moved to Yarmouth. The Team there is very knowledgeable and have always treated me fairly with a good price. I trust them whole heartedly and know they wont take advantage. The VIP auto in Yarmouth is fantastic. It is even better than many smaller businesses in the area. The employees are kind and honest. The OReilly Auto Parts next door is also very helpful and convenient.

We bought snow tires for two of our three vehicles from VIP last year, and will also do so for our third vehicle when it is time to replace them. We appreciate the military veterans discount and $0 charge for the summer to winter tire changeover for customers who buy their tires from VIP. The changeover charge for our older third vehicle with non-VIP-purchased tires was a bit pricey, but we appreciated the $0 multipoint inspection that identified air filters that needed replacement and that a tire alignment recommended. Documentation showing the pre-and-post alignment measurements and, a first for us, photos of the dirty air filters were provided to us as confirmation of their inspection findings. Evidence-based trust is a plus.

Arrived for my 10am appointment, and was greeted by a friendly staff member who truly cared about the customer. Good, quick service, and they have my stamp of approval.

We had a great experience with VIP. While in Freeport for a long weekend our vehicle developed a rattle undercarriage. We made an appointment for the day we were returning home, and even though we were 30 minutes early for our appointment, the manager got us in right away after learning we were traveling, and our vehicle was fixed and we were on our way in < 15 minutes. On Friday, June 12, 2020, I had a terrific experience at the Yarmouth VIP with David and Michael and technician Andy. After being in lock down due to the virus, I was nervous about having an inspection and new tires. They were taking all necessary precautions to keep us safe. There was a major repair needed to pass inspection but they explained all that was needed, went above and beyond to get the part off site, and got me on my way in a timely manner. Their customer service and care was wonderful. A quick check of my lug nuts at the end of the day made the whole experience noteworthy. Their prices are excellent and staff the best! Go to VIP!

I had a problem with one of my tires losing pressure and could not get into my regular mechanic, so I called VIP in Yarmouth. I told them I was nervous driving the car because I had just put air in it a few weeks ago. They were booked up for the day and didnt have an appointment until later the next day, but Brandon offered to let me bring the car by and they could at least check the pressure and fill the tire to get me through until my appointment the next day. I have been with the same mechanic for 30 years so its hard for me to trust anyone with my car. I have to say I was very impressed with the customer care from the time I walked into the shop to the time I walked out - starting with the guys at the counter to the tech who worked on my car - taking the time to explain what the problem was. They were able to patch it so I did not have to buy a new tire - which happens never! Thanks VIP!

I called earlier in the week to schedule to have new four tires put on and asked how long it would take and was told an hour. I scheduled an appointment for 11am on June 10th. I dropped the car off at 10:58am and asked again if it would be an hour and the manager said yes. I came back at 12:30pm an hour and a half later and the car was still on the lift and only had two tires on it. I asked the manager what was going on it was supposed to be ready at 12:00pm and he proceeded to tell me he was down a person. He never mentioned that when I dropped off the car as it would have caused me to not leave the car. I cashed out at 12:27pm and asked how much longer and he said not much longer as someone was going to work through their lunch. It took another half hour. Well I had to be at the Yarmouth High School Graduation at 1pm to see a family member graduate and needless to write I didnt make it on time. Dont ever use VIP as they are dishonest and have no consideration of your time. Additionally the waiting room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in about six months.

My experience was nothing short of Excellent. Every question asked was answered with confidence and complete professionalism. My vehicle was serviced properly and in a timely manner by grade A technicians. I was very pleased with the worked they did on my vehicle and would happily recommend them to any one of my friends or family!Thank you!!

I’ve used VIP in Yarmouth for a multitude of services. Recently I’ve have my tires changed and rotated as well as an oil change. Each visit was met with timely service and great customer service. Mike was able to get me in and out and went above and beyond to help me find a suitable substitute oil for my vehicle (2010 BMW X5 35d) that was the same product as the dealer and would save me a few dollars. All in all definitely would recommend for any service or advice for your vehicle.

UPDATE: I wanted to share that, shortly after posting this review, the manager called me to apologize and offered to clean my car. I brought the car back, they cleaned what was left of the grease on the interior, washed the exterior, and gave me a future oil change. I appreciate that businesses cant be 100% all of the time, but when they make it right, that counts for something, too. Thank you, Mike, for making this right. You will see me in the future.I have been here several times - sometimes good, sometimes not. This visit was for a simple state inspection and I asked them to put air in my tires. 45 minutes later my inspection was done and the light gray interior of my car was covered in greasy fingerprints. And no air in my tires. When I mentioned the grease I was told “sorry” but received no offer to clean it. Had to do it when I got home, and it didn’t all come off. Not happy.

Was so very pleased with the customer service. Mike was very informative about everything with my car. They did a great job on changing my oil and informing me that I had a axle seal leak which could of caused me major issues down the road. I would highly recommend the Yarmouth VIP to family and friends.

Bought my car 3 months ago thinking everything was fine, came in for a routine oil change and they found a bunch of issues the dealership was not transparent about. VIP was incredibly transparent, even though they had a stacked day they fixed all the issues day of and even gave me the oil change for free. Great service and very grateful for both their attention to detail and their flexibility as Im headed back to college tomorrow and getting this work done now is a huge help.

When the employees at the Yarmouth VIP say they want to make things right, they absolutely follow-through. After what I thought was just going to be another poor experience with an auto body shop, I was pleasantly surprised to find that customer service is not dead. Its nice to have been proven wrong after I had written this place off. They took the time to call me and apologize and then went above and beyond to take care of my car. Ive had nothing but positive experiences from the team at Yarmouth VIP. Today they outdid themselves. It was easy enough to make an appointment to swap my winter tires over. While it was up on the lift though, their mechanic saw my struts were shot and I had a broken spring. I was sure this was going to cost a fortune in parts, not to mention the wages lost from not being able to get to work if I had to reschedule. Not only did they get the repairs done for a price I could afford, they got it done in a matter of hours! Im blown away by the customer service, and the quality of the work.
