We are very happy with the water softener system Culligan Water installed in our house about 3 months ago.The company was expeditious, did a good job installing it. Good service overall.

Our well water often challenged us with a sulfur smell. We finally decided to seek out a system to correct it. Received 3 bids. Culligan was the lowest and we went with them for two reasons. First, they had the simplest system to fix our problem (thus less worry about maintenance down the road). Second, some good friends of ours have a Culligan system and they were both happy with the system and the prompt service they received when needed. Our experience was very positive - they were on time, the installation was very tidy, and the results are what we hoped for - water with no sulfur smell! We would recommend Culligan without hesitation.

I have not met an employee at this company that I have not liked! From sales to service, I have had an amazing experience. It was a no-pressure sales process, and they dug in deep to find the root cause of my well water problems and then prescribed a perfect solution. Mine was a unique situation where my DYI plumbing definitely complicated things a little, but Will himself graciously guided me in the right direction and corrected my system. This was all 6 months ago, flash to now, theyve checked in to make sure the equipment is functioning properly, came back in to do maintenance and solve another issue we discovered along the way.Overall, excellent experience throughout the entire process, would strongly recommend. Everyone I have encountered, is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks so much to everyone involved!

Needed a system for selling a house. Culligan came through the fastest at a competitive price, and with rapid follow up service/testing as needed to get system all set. Will use them again.

These people have been terrible. I had a $2000+ water system put in to correct smell & staining from my water. When they initially put the system in, clearly no one tested it as it didnt work the very first day. It took weeks and more service calls to get it working right. Then when I went to change the filter the first time after a few months, the entire unit easily ripped off the wall as it was mounted so poorly. When they came back to remount, they changed the filter for me and again, clearly did not test the water after doing so. It has now been 10 weeks since that filter change, with the system still not working correctly, and me consistently writing emails to get the problem fixed. I am a very patient/reasonable person, but this service has been absolutely terrible, once they got my money no one really cared if the system worked or didnt.

Difficulties in scheduling service appointments since they dont schedule in advance. The policy is that the service technicians will call the day prior to when they do the service, however, when that will take place is not a set date or even a specific rage of dates which makes it difficult to plan to be on site for the service.

Top notch company, the owner answers the phone, more than happy to assist, highly recommend.
