Called to order a pizza and the person refused to take it out and cook it. Never had this issue at any other cumberland farms they have always cooked the one we have asked for. Called brunswick cumberland farms right after and they had no issue making it.

I starting pumping gas, went around to the drivers side of the car to put my credit card away, went back to the pump and it had stopped. I went inside to ask the cashier to turn in back on, but there was a long line. So I went back to try pumping again, but it was still not working. I checked the pump to see if there was an intercom I could use to communicate with the cashier, but there wasnt. I briefly decided to leave with only a couple gallons of gas in my tank, but decided to wait in line to let the cashier know that the pump wasnt working. When I got to the front of the line she told me that she had purposely stopped the pump because she didnt see me standing next to it! I was surprised (not in a good way) because I had stepped away from the pump for less than a minute. As she told me this I looked out the window behind me and saw countless people who were not standing directly next to their pumping gas. The whole thing was a huge unnecessary hassle and I will not be coming here again. I also suggest they take off the levers that allow people to pump automatically if they dont want people to use them.

The door says welcome, open 24 hours! Yet I have been there several times past midnight and the lights will all be on inside, yet the door will be locked. Currently writing this review at 12:30am and the lights are all on, but the doors are locked. Dont depend on them for late night coffee if you work night or early morning shifts.

Well lit, friendly workers all wearing masks. Clean, coffee was hot, even after midnight.

Excellent service as always....This is my 2nd most shopped location as it is conveniently just off the highway with easy access both north and south...This morning was fairly busy. Cashier was polite and speedy.... Another asdociatecwas tending to the coffee bar and he made it a point to converse with me and a couple other customers all the while continuing his duty...This location is always very clean especially the rest rooms.... Which is usually my main reason for stopping...But I love Cfarms coffee... So its a plus when Im here. Since at home (Bangor and North) we do not have Cfarms locations.

Cumbys is a great business model. With the app you not only get 10 cents off per gallon, they constantly give you free items. The staff is pleasant and fun. My only objection is they are still using Styrofoam cups.

Staff is good. Food is good. Only issue is that they seem to always be out of some of the fountain sodas.

Very limited coffee for 11:30am. Staff was friendly. Very dirty though. Coffee was spilled in Huge amounts on the counters and the cases around the soda was very dirty and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. Being in the middle of a national emergency, they should probably start CLEANING.

Sometimes I come here to grab something quick to eat on my lunch break. Today I went in and waited by the kitchen part for service and was ignored for over 5 minutes by the two employees that were working so instead I had to quickly grab something to snack on from the chip isle. If youre not willing to do your job then why be there? I was on my lunch break and beyond hungry. Always feels so friggin spectacular when people ignore you and you use up you entire lunch break!!!

Customer service was fantastic!!!! 5 stars on his working with the public..but his 2md shift crew didnt stock the bathrooms and they did not clean them u needs 2 show the 2md shift crew how 2 maintain a clean environment that was nasty and he was embarrassed
