I ordered cookies for my son who lives in Maine for his birthday- they were delivered and were wonderful so I thought I would do it again for Christmas. Well I placed the order in early November with a requested delivery date near Christmas. He has never received any cookies and I have not had any answers to my phone calls or e-mails. I wont use this service again.

We use Cookies Direct every month to recognize our remote employees birthdays. This month we decided we all should get to try them at headquarters as well.
