Young lady who waited on me drove out of her way on her way home the night before to get paint I needed from another store. Very impressed!!

I would tell them that the staff is knowledgeable and not pushy, meaning they encourage you to purchase what you need but discourage you from buying things that you dont (for example, I had a can of stain that was a couple of years old and the person checked it out and said it was still good and shook it up for us!).

While Sherwin-Williams makes some really fine paints, their store in Yarmouth and the customer service is not up to the products they sell.Having to go back to the store 2 or 3 times to fill an order is both time consuming and frustrating. Not getting phone calls returned is unacceptable - cant even check to see if an order is ready for pickup over the phone!Over the last few years, this stores customer service has gone down hill - big time. Several us in the business are now driving to the Paint Pot in Portland to avoid the frustration with Mike and his crew in Yarmouth. The store is becoming a joke.
