Food was good but server didnt pay attention to the 5 times told to exclude an item in one of the sandwiches

Had a lot of noise. The cashier could not hear what were our order. El capuchino estaba tibio casi frio. The toast bread were cold. But the place is clean.

Was in need of a cup of coffee but wasnt sure they will have almond milk and for my surprise they did have it. Just love the fact that I can enjoy my coffee my way .... .is happiness!!!

The food was good but the cashier was very hostile and unprofessional, she treats me and my sister like we are bragging about food. I will never go back to this particular Meson. I told her what I want and then I ask my sister to tell her what she wants and the cashier told my sister that she cant talk to two peoples, and my sister has to tell me and I have to repeat the same thing to the cashier. We are two adult professionals and neither us nor any customer has to be treated like that.

They are very well organized and very efficient taking and dispatching orders.

The better option of overall fast foods, they have vegetarian options. The sandwiches are delicious, they have tea, coffee and pastries. Ingredients are fresh daily from local farmers. Plus support local economy.

They are generous on breakfast.. I had the Montecristo.. It was full of juicy flavors.. It had lots of Virginia ham and swiss cheese.. Coffe was good and it also came with french fries..

We ordered some omelets with a couple of extras and we first got some very skinny and poorly prepared patties. My husband had to talk to the manager and we still didnt get the same quality food weve gotten in other locations

Wow what can i say about this place Love the service and cleanliness. The employees are very attentive and smiling, even I wasnt smiling that day. The food, can not argue, very tasty, sweet and satisfied well done and rich. They have vegeterian meals for those not meat-eating fellows. Took my parents my abuela for a visit, and they were delighted with their orders. The prices are moderate-to-high, but wont exchange that for a delicious meal, neatly cleaned facilities and excellent services. Overall, El Meson Sandwishes of San Germán, didnt let me down. Excellent job. Thank you this is a Good spot to have a great Sandwich

We tried this local chain after seeing the line and werent disappointed. Were still confused how Subway gets any business in PR with El meson around. If youre looking for a vegetarian sandwich, try the surfer.

A bit confusing as order taken for combo and then single Boricua sandwich. Interestingly $20. later and my son and I looked at eachother wondering how the world?! After revised order the refund was $1. with some change. The consumer is much more aware than yester year, please be mindful in your advertisement and explain to your personnel upselling, and heres the catch, with explanation on combos. It may just work.
