Had a hard time with the young man at the entrance...wanted a refund or exchange or even a credit. The young man got some what irrate with me raising his voice telling me I had take the merchandise bc it was store policy that after 7 days they didnt have to do any of the above. I woke to the manager and got an exchange.

It bothers me these days because a gift was bought for Santas f uh a and the receipt was lost and the car was defective and the Manager was not very pleasant with us and even did not want to change it knowing that it was from there, I understand that I do not look for the solution at the moment of how to please the Client where the client is right, I change it later but his attitude was not correct.
