Yesterday I stopped in Yauco in search of a mobile for my mother, it did not turn out to be of the expected quality. I contacted the store and was assisted by Rebecca, offering alternatives aimed at customer service, including money back. Today I arrived at the store and the same young “Janet” attended us, her name I do not remember but she knows who she is, she is a petty and rude girl. Obviously upset by the situation. I examined the possibility of returning money and it was no alternative for her, Rebecas assistant who did not even approach us. I had to accept the mobile they wanted or yes or yes. I am sorry that the quality effort worked by Rebecca did not take place. Final result unsatisfied customer and will definitely never return.
