Prior to my in-store visit I called CSpire CS dept. to see if my device from another carrier would work on its network. After providing the required info I was told yes, it would work. Stop by a local store and started a new trial account for 30 days. It was confirmed once again that my personal device would work on CSpires network. After several days of traveling and testing their coverage with the phones I decided to move forward and returned to the same store to complete the setup. I returned one of the trial phones because I wanted to use my personal Note9 but upon talking with another associate I was told my phone wasnt supported by their network and that it had to be an I-Phone oppose to an Android. This was an unexpected surprise. I explained to the associate that it was confirmed by previous associates that it would work. Still I was told NO it cant work. After going back and forth with the associate is when another employee stepped in and advised it would work. Prehaps this is how CSpire train its employees when it comes to returning a phone on trial because they would rather not restock it therefore, if your personal device is an Android youre told it will not work if you do not plan on purchasing one of their phones. I didnt appreciate the customer engagement experience and now Im reconsidering taking my business either back to my previous carrier or to another carrier all together.

Filed a claim and paid on a iPhone 8 and 2 weeks later still no phone and the loner phone dont hold my storage and cuts off on its on . Still under investigation is what they keep telling me !! But some how they keep selling iPhone 8s out of the store might wanna take care of your paying customers first !

Always seems to be a 20 min. wait. The last time I met a new staff member (Richard ) who was more helpful to me than anyone in Indianola or Ridgeland. They always have great deals for new customers, but people who have been loyal for 25+ years get to pay full price to make up for what they give to newcomers.

Transfer pictures to the wrong phone and couldnt get it transferred to the right phone

Cspire is a good cellular company.But I would not recommend going to the Yazoo City Store. The Employees are very Rude and disrespectful towards customers.

My husband and I went into this store yesterday to upgrade our phones and the sales representative was very pushy. She kept pushing us to get insurance on my husband’s phone and he told her he wanted to see how much the phones would be before he decided on the insurance and she added it and a phone case to the total anyway without asking. When she gave us the total my husband flipped his lid and walked out. Needless to say we didn’t upgrade at this point. And we will probably be going to another store to do our upgrades.
