The store hours posted online and at the door said this location opened at 8am on Saturdays. Today, I, along with 2 other customers sat inside of our cars while waiting for location to open. After waiting 20 minutes, I left at 8:25am and the store was still not open. Please update hours.

Arig and Selena are both wonderful pharmacists!! They are very kind and take time to listen to my concerns when it comes to my medications. Sometimes I have to wait, but that’s understanding, given the circumstances of having a workload to do in the middle of a pandemic. They have great responsibilities and handle them well.

Called for 3 days no one answers the telephone in Pharmacy. Transferred call to the main number and received the most obnoxious employee that report that Pharmacy was not answering because they are giving vaccines. If they cannot do both they need to solicit for additional help. My mothers health is just as i.portant as people receiving the vaccine. The importance is where the money is directed.

This store carries a nice assortment of things--great holiday finds. I got my Flu shot there and didnt have any wait. The personnel are always helpful.

The people that work in the front of the store are great, always polite, helpful and competent. However I live right down the street and had to use the pharmacy for the first time today. My advice DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. the guy took longer than I have ever waited to even be spoken to and there was no one else there besides me. He seemed lost and totally vacant. He told me my ointment would cost 84$ and didnt even ask for my insurance. So I told him it should be 1$ and he looked at me like yeah right lady. He didnt know how to work the computer properly and got me so frustrated I honestly was about to just say never mind. Then followed me to the front of the store to watch me purchase my items and then go outside. I have a sprained ankle and I stood there for well over a half hour just trying to get one ointment. They arent helpful, nor do they know what they are doing. I wont be going back.

I really hate this Rite Aid every time my doctor say she called my medicine in I called them to see if it’s ready they never have nothing called in they say very unprofessional very unorganized I wouldn’t recommend this Rite Aid if you need your medicine

Been going to rite Aid for decades getting medicine for parents. Just moved my mother to my home transferall medications to this one. This is the worst pharmacy. Never can get medications right. Med are suppose to be ready go to pick still have to wait 45 mins. Transferring to different location. I cant stand the stupidity

Never had any real complaints but only always about 1 cashier open.
