The management is rude, store is unserstocked and dirty.The Manager thinks All Store Products are PERSONALLY HIS?!!!?!?!!!! Hes an Addict!I know. Used to be one.Most good help doesnt stay there long.9/7/21Months later. New staff. Even more rude!!!

I had a pleasant experience here. The store associate was very kind, helpful and even the other customer next to me, was polite and courteous. I have been in over a dozen Dollar General locations, and this store, because of the people in it, I give 5+ ⭐

Lets start with the fact that I love the dollar store. Also the staff is nice. The only thing i dont like is that sometimes the store can be a little messy, there is cars blocking the aisles. But overall is a great place.

I frequent this Dollar General because in the last couple years of management has been amazing I want to say the gentlemans name is Hector the shelves are always properly stocked the employees are always nice again I would like to compliment management again I think his name is Hector

90% of the time the inventory order is not packed away in a timely manner also not able to acquire certain products because they are still on the racks and thus creates an obstacle course and hazardous conditions while navigating through aisles and shelves when shopping. There is a consistency of short registers open and normally one register is only able to accept debit and cash but not credit cards. Customers spend majority of their time waiting on line than doing their actual shopping. The major plus is that this location is a great convenience in the neighborhood but due to these various issues I dont hesitate to travel outside of the community to receive better service.

Store seems to always have aisles clogged with merchandise on pallets to be put up. Sometimes aisles are blocked that inconveniences you from getting to whatever u need. But the store seems to always have what I need or am looking for.

Salvage products blocking the aisle. They never have enough help schedule to put things away. Most of the time there is only one cashier working! The workers use all the shopping carts! The cashiers are very polite and know where products are in the store!

I can tell this particular Dollar General is under new management. Its now well stocked and extremely clutter aisle free.Every employee was busy doing something as far as work and seemed like they didnt mind working. Keep up the great work. And the wait time in line was less than 2 minutes. It was also impressive to see two cashiers.

The young lady at the register is so pleasant. She made sure every customer felt welcome and attended to. I havent see customer service this good in quite some time. I went in on a Friday evening, it was busy and she was the only cashier. She had a kind word for every customer.

They was very helpful when i couldnt find what i needed. They always have what you need, the only problem is the store is a fire hazard they leave so many boxes in the ile. You can get lost trying to find your way out.

Nothing is ever put away. Customer Service is ghetto. Just not going back there for nonsense. Live 2 minutes away and will drive 15 minutes away to get better customer service and a cleaner environment

Bring back original staff. Store was neat, clean & respectful then. Now shelves are either empty or product misplaced, isles loaded with rolltainers & bins, no floor attendants, smh. Cashiers nice when more than one open register.

This place constantly have cashier line back up and there always only one person managing the line that would have 10 ppl standing there. No sense of urgency what so ever.

Need more help keeping the shelves stocked. But the associates were awesome and friendly.

Im on and out, always have what I need. Cashier always greet you when you enters the store. I go on for a few things and come back home with a lot.

Watching paint dry is much better time spent.

Only one cashier and the line was wrapped around the store. Manager was apparently preparing the register, but took over 20 minutes to do so. Store was very unorganized and cluttered.

Not stocked at all why are you even open no merchandise

We went in for school supplies their aisle was easy to access we found what we needed and the customer service was excellent.

The store is always a mess and they either never have what youre looking for or its not out because they havent unpacked the hundreds of boxes that line all the aisles that you cant get down. The staff (except for one new young lady named Jade) are horrific. Dont waste your time complaining to corporate though, theyll give you a giftcard but nothing changes.

Shelves were 90% stocked (during pandemic), clientele control and good social distancing precautions.

This dollar tree is always out of stock when it comes to things. They will say one thing online but when you go in store it’s not there. ON TOP OF THAT online it states that they close at 10pm. I got to the dollar tree in Lansdowne around 9:10pm and the man was just looking at me thru the door as if I was stupid when I just wanted 1 thing saying they they’re closed and I tried to explain to him that it says they they’re open online. Long story short that is false advertisement. I’m not sure if they got a new staff or what because I’ve been coming here for years but they need to get it together.

Unprofessional Manager

This store is a mess. It smells funny and there are a lot of merchandise out of place and on the floor. They need to close the store for a day and clean and organize the place. More staff is needed especially in the evening and on weekends.

Awful! The people that work there close the store whenever they want and they think its funny to look at you coming to the door! I got there at 9:50pm on 6/28/19. I just wanted to ask a question to the employees and the nappy red head yells out were closed when the sign clearly says 10pm! Ghetto.
