This Michael’s has more stuff then any otherMichael’s. Super clean really like. Every nice and doing there job

Did my returns and it was quick and easy. I had no hiccups or concerns. The cashier made the process easy and I was out within 4 minutes.

I Came From The Dominican Republic with this painting Rolled up in a Tube. I came to get it stretched and framed. The border on the outside wasnt planned, but the staff showed me how my painting would look with it and I loved it. My Rolled up Canvas went to them in a tube, and a little less than two weeks later came back perfect. They stretched the canvas over a frame, they added cardboard to the back to help protect it, the put the beautiful border / frame on the outside, and a heavy gage wire on the back to make it easy to hang on the wall. They even gave me two heavy duty hooks for the wall. They made the process easy, and it was worth the price I paid. It was a pleasant experience considering I walked in there with no idea what to do 🤣

I went there to get a frame for the painting I picked up in Dominican republic. They made it easy. Not only am I getting a frame, Im getting a nice border for it. Ill pick it up in 2 weeks, I cant wait.

Im giving it 3 because their customer service could be a lot better. They should occasionally ask are you finding everything, do you need help, otherwise you actually have to track someone down or at least look friendlyenough to approach. I do find what what Im looking for and other things I wasnt looking for so its not about the merchandise just the service.

7/10/20, Oh my Good ship lollypop, I have lost my pandemic mind! 70% off some flowers and trees. $200 trees on sale for $60. I bought 3!! and I bought them home on the 2 train!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a place I’m always shopping in Cross County I was so disappointed when I asked them for an item that I have ordered online and they seem to be bothered and couldn’t help me. Then I ask a question about a printer and since she couldn’t answer my question she simply said sorry but I have to take my next customer.

My favorite place to have breakfast. Excellent service. People are very friendly. I love this place.

This my first time ever going to this Michaels. Its at the top of the mall just wished there was better signage for the elevators.

Went to get a picture framed order..Service was great..store clean and organized.

I went to purchase very thin sheets of cork and a few other items. It took me forever to find anything. I finally found a small roll of the right thickness of cork. The sticker price said $19.00 for 1 roll and $17.00 for another. Clearly, one was thicker than the other. I needed the thinner one. No one to help. One cashier up front and one clerk, who was dressed in a fleece sweatsuit, whom I saw earlier on the floor, but had no clue he was an employee. Not until I went to cash out, and saw him attending to a patron while stand ing behind a cash register bantering with her. She left the store and he left the register and went back to the floor. After waiting in line with one cashier tending, it took a while. Finaly it was my turn, and the drama began. She scanned the cork at $29.00 I told her that was incorrect. She said there is nothing she can do. It is what the cash register showing. Suffice to say, she was a rather young woman, and just doing as she was told. As a matter of principle and not having much time, I left the item for which I went. Yet I know for a fact, when Ive gone to the Michaels in the city. There are no shortages of help. But this is Yonkers. I guess it does not matter.

So far so good. Mr. Chett Lee service Consulant waited on me. Very courteous and gave me an appointment and explained that my 2017 Genesis was still under warranty. Only thing trunk opened a wee bit with key before he looked at it and then when he opened it fiddled with the latch it didnt open. I hope it can be fixed at day of appointment. I hope to come back and say that my car was fixed and I am happy. Stay tuned.

Expansive selection of stationery and craft supplies. They sell some hard to find stuff that you dont normally get from Staples or Office Depot.

I like Michaels as a craft store the store is a little expensive but they do have nice items and everything is very organized I love that

Went there for a pick up, thought it would be a simple in and out. After scouring the store for some sort of assistance, I came across this one very helpful employee that had great customer service and wanted to help. The manager (did not catch her name, but her green hair makes her definitely stand out) she scolded him in front of me and 15 customers “tell her your busy & you can’t help” loudly with a major attitude and rolling her eyes. My question is, what type of customer service is that? Gross behavior, not how to treat your employees & such discourse should not be in front of other customers. Highly unprofessional. Also if there was such an issue, hire more people (people need work right now) and have more people on the floor to balance out the work load. Sad that a store manager can barely keep her cool over something so minor. Do better!0 stars for the manager (there’s better more emotionally fit people who can handle her job, relax)10 stars for the employee who was just doing his job and trying to help!!!!

I gave a 4 star only because of the products that are actually available. But I would never again pay for same day delivery from them. I ordered products online paid $9.99 for same day delivery because I could not go there and needed the products the same day... never got them. Never got a call nothing, but I was charged.If I would have known this I would have called a friend to try and pick it up. I tried calling the store last night and I couldn’t get through. And I placed my order at 10:30 am.

Its the weekend and they have 2 reps at the counter working. Line is consistent growing and neither one has called for help to process customers faster. Piss poor customer service and no common sense to call other workers to check people out. But Im not surprised because this is nyc where customer service is piss poor unless youre at 5 star restaurant

Always my first resort when I want to pickup something! I have placed pickup orders at pelham manor Michaels and was able to walk into the store and pick up my ordered items more than 12hours after placing my order! Cross county always calls with issues and is very vocal about items that may have sold out before processing my order.

Great feel when you walk into the store. Was greeted as I walked into the store. Shown right to what I was looking for and nice speedy checkout. The rewards program apperently changed as well. Getting more bonus money back to shop is the best! Lol, overall 5 star!

I love the selection. There arent many workers to help you with any questions and the checkout always takes some time, but they are decent and will wait for you to pull up your coupons

Great place, large, quiet, clean. I had an online order for pickup and I wish I had taken the name of the young lady at the register, she was very pleasant and made what could have been an unpleasant experience a very good one. Wont go into detail about it but service was fast, convenient, and I left with my items. Customer service is everything!

I was unable to find the color of vinyl I was looking for and an associate form framing came out and searched until we founded the color I needed.

I came in search of yarn today, which was pretty well stocked. Not as many aisles as my home store or as much baby yarn. I also went searching for pens and could only find markers and pencils. The cashier was really friendly and we talked about her necklace.

Ive been going to cross county for years and had no idea this Michaels was here at the mall they fixed up. Very neat and clean, better than the Michaels at Pelham Manor-that one is horrific- so I enjoyed coming here. Found everything I need and the workers are actually pleasant unlike Pelham Manor. A+

Long line but helpful employees on the floor. Many supplies and a wide variety of options. Great coupons too.

This location still feels brand new. Lots and lots of stock; good depth of product lines; super clean and organized. The only concern - and its a big one - is that there is practically no staff! I only saw one employee in the entire store, AND SHE WAS WORKING THE REGISTER! Good luck if you need help or if there is a long line.
