They take the time to explain your invoice and the price points. They do not try to push you into buy things like other businesses or dealerships. My car was in service for 6 weeks. The service department did a poor job at communicating what was happening. In the beginning my car needed a GM specialist and then after 6 weeks in Becks possession, my car suddenly works. They claim they just forgot they had my car, even though I was calling to check in. To add to this all they had a loaner which they refused to lend me because it had low mileage and they wanted to sell it. When I was in person with the Service Dept. Mgmr., Bob, I was met with an attitude and lies.

Terrible service from Manager BobI brought my car there to get fixed in March for the AC for a week. Later they tell me to pick it up and I paid $325. They didn’t even tell me what was fixed. I took the car, it was the exact same as how I brought it. I called the manager and asked for the money back and I didn’t get it. He told me that they were going to fix it. I waited for more then a month. I brought it back a second time to get fixed. When they were done I picked it up but again, it was the same as I brought it. But, I payed $375 More. How can I get my money back???

Terrible customer services reps. No one is knowledgeable about warranties. Cant rely on what is being offered or the work being done. Prices are always higher than other Chevy service centers for the same work. I truly dislike Beck as a service center and as a dealership. I will never ever ever do any kind of business with them ever again.

From the visit prior to my recent experience it was a change up. Before this visit the servicing department Reps were awful and didn’t keep tabs on any of the customers. This visit I still saw a slight resemblance with their scheduling and handling of customers, BUT they were excellent with me this time!

Gladly. I dropped my car off March 30th. It’s April 15th and I still don’t have my car. They started work on my car days after the 30th. Couldn’t find the problem. Claimed they fixed the problem. I pick up my car on April 9th. I drive off and the very issue I put the car in for is still happening. I bring it back. The tech says they have no idea what the issue is. Basically they didn’t even take time to test drive it after “fixing” it. I was in my car all of 1 min and it started rumbling and having error messages and check engine light. I paid 933 dollars for it not to be fixed . I bring it back. The service advisor tells me it’ll be handled free of charge because she’s quite aware I just paid 933 dollars for it to be “fixed”. That was a lie of course. It’s the 15th of April now. Of course I always have to call in for the update ( rarely ever did they call me). The cashier calls me to inform me she undercharged me. 60 dollars . It was suppose to be 993 dollars and when I came in I had to pay that. The service advisor gets on the phone and says the best the manager could do was waive labor but I had to pay for 80 dollars in parts. This whole entire service was a disaster from beginning to end.

I got there a little early in which he had an attitude in his whole disposition was outrageous. His customer service really sucks. So please beware of this sales rep. On January 4,2021, I wasted my time and MONEY going to BECK CHEVROLET for a Tire Rotation and a STATE INSPECTION . I also mentioned that the back tire on the Passenger side continues to lose air. When I got my car back THE TIRES WERE NEVER ROTATED because the tire that I mentioned was in the same place. I was told to take my 2015 car with 31,000 miles to a Tire Specialist. WTH !!! I had to go to MAVIS that Sunday January 10,2021 for NEW TIRES . I was told that I had a nail in the tire that is why I had low air pressure.Why didn’t BECK DO THEIR JOB EFFICIENTLY AND TELL ME THATOH IS IT BECAUSE MY CAR IS OUT OF WARRANTY (5.5 years) they ( CAR DEALERSHIPS) don’t give a( —fill in the blank). Fast and easy financing.Review update: went for my second oil change, I got emailed and calls when my car was scheduled for an oil change. I ignored them cuz who has time to set up appointments. I was passing by on 10/10/19 and was told if I’m willing to wait 1 hour, they will get the service done. I left it and went to the casino. Sure enough one hour later I got a text car was ready for pickup and free. No questions or anything. Just my name. This dealer surprises me.

The 10 star rating would be for purchasing a car only. The 1 star is for service. This was the second time I had my car serviced, both times with an appointment for 10am. The first time I didnt get my car back until the next afternoon and this time it was at closing time. Its obvious that they are overbooking and/or not allowing enough time for each specified appointment. In addition, each time my inside driver side mat and side board had mud prints all over. Do they not use paper mats any longer?

I was having such a terrible day & these people are the reason it turned out to be a GREAT day. I had been having issues with my car that other mechanics have not been able to fix & had been recommended to come here in which I did, in a hurry. Upon my arrival I was told I wasnt going to be able to be seen due to the time & the other appointments that were made in advance before me. Totally understandable, yet I was super frustrated because I had been dealing with this for a week now & had not been able to drive my kids to school or go to work. John who is the manager seen that I was frustrated & refused for me to leave upset. Words cannot express how much people need that. He made sure I left Satisfied & with all of my car problems solved. Just when I thought no one cared about what was going on in my little world, John changed all of that. I want to thank you all for making such a bad day so much better. Words cannot express how much I appreciate you all. If you want someone who truly cares about what ever car issues you’re having come here! Or if you’re simply looking into getting a new car please come here you will not be disappointed. Ask for John if you have any concerns or ask for any sales employee, you will not be disappointed. I went three with my husband to do an oil change. Liss was so disrespectful and unprofessional yelling at me for no reason we left without doing the oil change.. To be honest I was really surprised whit this behavior and awful service.. PlLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLEASE. It is a really ghetto place. We are use to go to the other dealer in Manhattan due to the COVID-19 they were closed. This dealer need to treat costumer with respect. Don’t waste your time going to Chevy in Yonkers.

I am having the worse experience with this company. In all my 34 years of dealing with technicians, I have never encountered such disregard disrespect, lies and sarcastic remarks from a company thats supposed to be treating their customers with the utmost respect!! I left my vehicle there and it took two weeks for them to fix a fuel pump.They change a sensor that was not necessarily the problem and after they did that, they claims that it wasnt the problem. So I have to pay for sensor AND a fuel pump. I asked for the paperwork for the first diagnostic and TOM started shouting and yelling at me stating he doesnt have that information and why I needed it. Finally, I got the car back and they damaged the trunk and the navigator wasnt working. They were also supposed to fix the air conditioning. Twice, TOM stated it was taken care of. It wasnt done and when I asked him why he said it was done, he stated that I should be GRATEFUL that he fix the fuel pump!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! We are PAYING BECK and its NOT being done for free, so why am I suppose to be GRATEFUL?! I returned the car and TOM walked away and refused to listen to anything I had to say! I asked for the manager, BOB BRUNNER and he also decided to treat me as if I am stupid. When the pictures and videos were shown to BOB, of the car without damages when it arrived, his SARCASTIC remark was, I have pictures of my car on my phone too. He stated that they are NOT fixing no damages!!! This is my experience with this company!!! If you dont want NEGLIGENCE, be DISRESPECTED and to be treated like youre NOT a consumer, go to BECK CHEVROLET!!!!! If this company wants to continue be in business, they should do the RIGHT thing and fix the problem. I am going to any means necessary to be treated PROPERLY, not only for myself, but others!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They will take your money and will not fix your vehicle. The service department is very dishonest, unreliable, take no accountability, and can care less about a customer experience And safety! I’ve dropped my vehicle off to investigate a noise in my engine OVER 8 TIMES! The noise began after I dropped my car off for an oil change for the first time at that dealership and suddenly my A/C stopped working. After that problem, they’ve charged me $1100 dollars because the engine hose has “popped off”. Then my battery stopped working, then my head light stopped working twice! After that my vehicle alignment was uneven. Every time I leave my vehicle there it gets a new problem, and they end up charging me labor and parts and my vehicle ends up performing worse and the original noise problem getting louder (and they couldn’t find the problem that made the noise, YET, they did find “parts to fix”) After paying $400 on the 8th time now my vehicle’s engine is smoking, my tire alignment is still uneven, the tires were loosely installed, and my vehicle jerks when the gas is pressed. It is NOT right that a customer is paying for a service, and the company risk the lives of customers because their mechanics do not want to do their job correctly and maliciously tamper with the vehicle to have the customer come back and spend more money. Management is the worse part because they are rude and defensive. This was a 4 month radius of trying to fix a noise and they can care less about customer service.

I typically dont post reviews on establishments however, my experience at this place was less than satisfactory. I had a negative experience at a different dealership prior to coming here and they assured me they could help me with my vehicle and provide a better experience. After a deal was put together I was told by the sales rep and finance manger they would follow up with me. They never did. I had to physically go to the dealership in order to get an update. Furthermore, the sales rep told me the steps hed take to lower my monthly payments. However, when I did get an update on the status of my process it turns out he tried to extend my payments in order to reduce the price, which was not what was discussed with me. The lack of transparency and follow up are not up to snuff. I wont do business with this dealership in the future.** Update **I must admit my initial experience wasnt ideal, however after a conversation with the team we were able to reset and get things going. Gloria, Cherokee & Glenn were very helpful in making the process as painless as possible, provided clear guidelines and directions for next steps and realistic timelines. Although we had a bumpy start, everything was resolved and worked out nicely. Im thankful to Gloria, Cherokee & Glenn for there patience and guidance in getting me into the SUV of my choice.

I have never seen such a dishonest crooks in my life and I have dealt with plenty of dealerships in NY.I wanted to sell my used truck (which I purchased from this dealership 2 years ago) and they gave me an offer after I provided all the accurate details and VIN number.When I brought the vehicle to the dealership they said that it does not have premium sound system (like they did not know what they sold me and VIN did not provide that information), so they offered me $1000 less. I told them that I will think about it and will get back. Less than a week later I called them to confirm and they dragged the deal for 3 days without any reason and a day prior to my departure from the country (which they knew about) they said that the deal is off.The most disgusting experience I have ever had with any car dealership ever.If you can avoid them, stay away

I just bought a new truck from Joseph Contini, service was excellent. From the beginning Joseph was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. He took care of all the paper work and even set up my auto insurance. He made if very easy and I was able to take delivery of my new truck in the morning and still made it to work on time. Bought a used jeep wrangler for my mom at this chevy dealership last month and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Most people dont associate honesty with car sales but they really treat you like family. No gimmicks or hidden fees ... all the pricing was transparent. They literally show you the numbers on the computer screen. Ask for Joseph...made the whole transaction effortless and with absolutely no pressure to buy. Plus youre not treated like an afterthought once you sign a contract. Found a small crack in the windshield... replaced with a brand new one. Needed a spare key... ordered me a new oem key from jeep. Ive purchased several cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience. Why spend your hard earned money somewhere that leaves you feeling ripped off and sick by the time you leave the finance office? This dealership truly prioritizes customer service & satisfaction. You wont be disappointed.

Had my car serviced and inspected here. This place gets stuff done. They may not be open on the weekend but if you want dealer service, you are better off waiting until Monday. The other area dealers are pretty terrible.Service manager is friendly and thorough. My work was done pretty quickly. There is a comfortable waiting area with outlets, table, couch and coffee. It may be a little tricky to find the side street that comes up fast, but parking is easy. Other patrons are also pleasant and civil, most likely because they are treated right.

Terrible. I was told on January 17th that I could turn my leader car in early to them. Now full transparency I leased it at New Rochelle Chevrolet. They said they couldn’t take it back due to claiming they didn’t have room. I made an appointment to take it to Beck Chevrolet for January 20th. When I arrived at 9:00am, they lied and said I never called and wouldn’t take the car. The real story here is that they wanted to lease me another car. I said no I wasn’t interested. Beware. They lie on the phone.

The woman that answered assured me a call back from you today, and that she will give you my message, however it is now 8:44pm and I have not received any call or voice message from you or your team. I don’t want to keep calling... but the service department has a lackadaisical attitude about getting me in a car or getting back to me, I’m constantly left in the dark unless I keep calling .Please Advise,

Had to complete a lease return which was quick and easy. Ive dealt with other dealerships regarding this process, Curry Chevrolet, and received multiple different answers. Finally got fed up with their nonsense. Made an appointment which accommodated my schedule, brought my leased car in and left in under an hour. The staff was extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend this dealership. Great experience!

Went to their car service department to check and service the issue causing an airbag light on the dashboard. They ran a diagnostic and recommended an expensive and incorrect repair: to replace an airbag & module. Not only did it take four months for the part to come in, but when the work was completed, they changed the wrong air bag. Ive spent several more months getting the run-around from them before going to another dealership, Lasorsa Chevrolet Buick in the Bronx, who correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it for much cheaper. Turns out the wiring had short circuited.When i returned to Beck Chevrolet for a refund, i spoke with the owner, Russell Geller. He refused to provide a refund even though they had serviced the wrong airbag (which he admitted), and changing the airbag wasnt necessary since the issue was a circuit short. He told me to sue him if i wanted my money. Russell Geller claimed it wouldnt be his first lawsuit nor the last he would have to deal with; after which point i told him it certainly wouldnt be his last based on how he does business.I eventually got my money back by disputing the charges with my credit card company, in addition to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Complaints of this nature can also be filed with the DMV and NY State Attorney Generals office. If those options dont work, then try small claims.Also Bob (Robert Brunner, the service manager) replied to this post a month ago. Although he is much more tactful than the owner, it was Bob who kept giving me the run-around which led to this complaint; and it was Mr. Brunners responce to my complaint over the phone that led to me seeking to rectify my car issue at another dealership for it would not be fixed at Beck Chevrolet.I would recommend staying away from this dealership. If they cant provide customers with a small refund of less than two thousand dollars, it is because its a cash strapped dealership. GM itself nearly put this franchise out of business due to their poor business standards.Do not do business with Beck Chevrolet.
