Car went in with busted windshield and hale damage I thought car would never be the same my plan was when I got it back to sell it and buy another when I got it back it was better then when I drove it out of the show room the best body shop in Westchester kept me informed every step of the way

Had some body work done at this shop recently - they did a great job! The car is a bit older and the guys at the shop were very pragmatic in finding a good solution to fix the issue.They were very professional throughout, keeping me updated on when the car would be ready and left the car cleaner than when I brought it in!I would definitely go back in the future if I needed work done on a vehicle.

This was my first time and they a good job but I got my truck back dirty in the side and outside from the workers and they should of clean it up so I had take it to get washed and detailed. So have a problem with my truck being dirty when picked it up.

The only Auto body shop that I can honestly say.... explained in full detail how actually repairs and cost teke place. Any who complained about used parts, clearly was not understanding. Depending on your insurance company, they are the ones that agree to used parts. And lets be honest used parts and less expensive. Depending on your budget thats usually what most people choose. 15years later ..... Im still a faithful customer and my family and close friends are customers as well. Absolutely a no non sense well established body shop. Solid quality professional grade work, with a smile. I highly recommend having any form of auto body work repairs done with this shop..... Very rarely I give 5 stars, but this body shop deserves the high rating. Very professional and honest. Mastroddi worked along with my insurance carrier when I had crashed my car into a traffic sign. My car was fully restored and painted to perfection. The body shop even negotiated with my carrier to have my tire replaced, something the adjuster missed when he performed an inspection of my car. Highly recommend Mastroddi.

Great quality work. Found this shop through State Farm select service. After some major body damage, my car looks like the day I drove it off the dealer lot. Staff was friendly and courteous.

HORRIBLE. I had to report them to Better Business bureau for Fraud. The owner is very disrespectful. The job is cheap and done poorly. They are bad service. They use used parts then charge market value price.
