Had an accident and my car couldn’t drive anymore about 2-3 minutes from here. I walked in and the staff was professional and helpful. Carlos walked with me to the accident scene, called a tow trunk (which got there in 30 seconds) and repaired my car perfectly. I highly recommend this place. I had peace of mind and the communication was A+, thank you again.

I took my car to this place going by their rating. I took my car to fix check engine light Code P0325, when drop off my car this was the only issues my car had. An hour later, Carlos “owner “ told me the charges will be $550 to fixed that problem. Hours later when it was time to pick up my car, Carlos called me saying he encounter another problem with my car and that another check engine light came on when he was test driving, he asked for me to pay an additional $150 for the piece that he had to put to pass inspection, the other code that came up was P2195. He went ahead put the new piece to fixed the second code in ordered to pass inspection, then told me that if I didn’t have the additional $150 he can take off the piece and I would go home still with an check engine light. I feel played by this mechanic, how can he expect me to pay $550 That’s I originally bring the car to fix only code P0325 and be okay with getting a higher charged due to a problem that was encounter in the shop while on his cared. My car didn’t have that second code. Also, how he expected me to pay $550 and leave still with a check engine light???!!!. I feel played!!! No good! In shock that this place did this, I bet because I am a woman.

My car died entirely at midnight and I had to have it towed here in the middle of the night. The staff at C&R diagnosed the issue as the alternator and replaced it for me that day. They also changed the oil as I was far overdue for this. The staff were all friendly and Im so happy they were able to fix my car! I will definitely come here in the future for repairs and service.

Thank you to all my customers for all your business.To unhappy costumer: 02/26/2020costumer arrived with check engine light on, request NY inspeccion and fix lefth side front window; the technician make computer diagnostic codes P0325 knock sensor bank #1 and P172 and decided to replace knock sensor and the intake manifold hose, also replaced the window regulator to make the window work. We drove 1 1/2hrs, and unfortunately the check engine light jump again. We re-scanner and appear code #P2195 oxigen sensor bank #1 we decided to replace and toked for second drive. The car clean the codes and pass NY inspeccion costumer is complained about the oxygen sensor or second diagnostic argument we broken that is no true, this part is not related to the other one. We feel sorry for the costumer, expend extra money. we charge part only, no labor, no diagnostic; add $10.00 gasoline . the point is to old my costumers, the check engine light is difficult and expensive to fix.
