Hospitality towards minority needs work! The only thing to think after reading these comments as well as, the experience i had... I dont want to use the R word but... Ill leave it right there. How i was ignored on arrival after saying hello 2x, then after finally being acknowledged, was told very aggressively, it wasnt an appointment that was set, well get to you. The closest location my insurance had suggested, was the only reason I went to their establishment trying to get my photo inspection done.I went back in my car and found FRANCESCOS which was 5 mins away!!! Best decision ever!!! only took me 10 min... Only because we were actually having a decent conversation, plus I didnt have to leave my car, not once.

Nick, is a great, easy going guy. Loves to laugh, crack jokes and treats you like family. He fixed my car when other mechanics couldn’t. He was fair, did great quality work and was well priced. Highly recommend him and his team.

This guy Nicky is the Best Mechanic. He doesnt try and rob you,.. and unnecessarily keep your car forever.Im screwed when he retires, but thats not going to be for about 10 years or more.. Yes, I asked him.....thats how much I love this guy and distrust so many OTHER Mechanics, due to past experiences.First Class is GREAT & TOTALLY RECCOMEND !!!!

This is a top notch auto repair facility. Ive been using them for over 20 years and Nick the owner takes pride in everything he touches from an oil change to a motor job. Ive never had a bad experience at this facilty. Honest and reliable service at affordable prices. Highly recommend using First Class Auto for your automotive needs.

Very disappointed, I went to get a photo taken of my car for my insurance. When I called the man that answer the phone was rude he told me we open for 8-4 not a minute more and they take lunch from 12-1pm. I went with a co-worker at 1:20pm and I was told it will take 15 to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later the man kept walking by us and ignoring us, I could not even ask a question as he kept giving us his back. Since I only had an hour break we left, I will never step foot there again. First and last time.I gave it one start as it was only 10 minutes from work.
