I had called for information about 20 inch rims for my truck and Eddie told me to come over and check them out. I told him I was coming from Trenton NJ and he assured me to come in. I was there today in the morning, I got new tires and wheels. They had the wheels but they needed to order the tires so i went back home. They called me back four hours later to install the tires and wheels. I was told itll take 60-90 minutes, it took two hours. The customer service and price was good. The only reason Im not giving it four stars is because of the extended wait.

I called around a few places to find the best prices and Andrew helped me find the right tires and priced them out per wheel. I forgot to ask if it included installation, so I called the next day and Reggie assured me that it did. Every single person I encountered there gave great and friendly service, plus they had the cheapest prices of anyone in the area. They also have a tip jar in the front (which is certainly not obligatory, though with their service and prices I’m sure you’ll be happy to leave an extra something for them.) I’ll be referring everyone to this place.

I arrived to the shop on Friday morning 11/6 for a repair of 2 curbed rims on my car. I explained exactly which 2 rims were needed. The attendant, Andrew, I believe, told me not to worry and hed call me back to give me an update.I waited patiently until about 330pm and called. The same attendant picked up the phone and was confused when I spoke about my curbed rims. He stated he thought I said my car was making sounds (I have no idea where he got this from) and they took it for a drive and didnt hear anything and parked it!!!!!I expressed my frustration about how they completely did not listen to what service I needed. Even with a miscommunication, I asked why they didnt call me to update me and we could have handled it sooner! His response to me was even if they would have serviced the rims earlier, I was only getting them today (monday) so it wouldnt have made a difference!! I was astounded to the lack of professionalism! It does not matter when I was receiving them, what mattered is the fact that my car sat for almost 8 hours parked because they didnt hear the sound and it didnt even occur to them to call me at all!When I picked up my car, this same attendant continued to be unprofessional and repeated to ask why I brought the rims in on a Friday. I still have no idea what point he was trying to make since it had nothing to do with the original problem of him not listening to what I needed in the first place. I once again had to explain to him that he needed better customer service because he was the one who misunderstood and all he had to do was give me a call to give me an update. Finally he decided to stop arguing and apologized. 🤯The professionalism and customer service here is below standard. The work was good but honestly not sure I could leave my car there without worrying and having to stay on top of them.

Every time I come to wheel & tire Depot I receive top notch service. I get my inspection, tire replacement, oil changes, brakes and other repairs or maintenance here. My experience with this place was amazing. From the moment I called to inquire up until the moment I left, The treatment I received was very welcoming. I called them up because I was getting told by a NISSAN car dealership that I would have to pay $1800 to order to order new rims. I was a bit confused because I have a 2019 vehicle (rims shouldn’t have been so damaged)and it was a minor bent. When I called and spoke to Eddie, I told him what I was going through and he had me come over. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and treated so nice. I was in and out in 30 min and my car was fixed for a very good price!!! I am so big on reviews and can truly say that this place is worth more than 5 stars!! Thank you for helping me. As a female I always been into cars from a young age and I know my way around them. came in for a flat fix (took literally almost the entire day for them to do this) and they scratched my forged rims on my BMW ! prices are inexpensive but you get what you pay for, including discounts *cough, *cough* for positive reviews on sites like this. Nice folks but not quality. outdated machines at the back as well ( Get Hunter machine for tire mounting)

THEY HAD MY BACK WHEN HONDA DIDNT! I went to the Honda because i had a flat. They told me they couldn’t do anything that i had to wait till Monday because they were closing in half an hour. Luckily Wheel & Tire Depot was not too far & they serviced me right away & had me omw in 15! They were closing in 10 mins but they fixed my flat anyway. Thank you soo much. All employees here treat customers extremely well. My first time here was about a year ago, I got 4 new tires and new rims placed for an excellent price. Today I came in with a slow leak at 5:45pm, at 6:00pm on the dot my tire was good as new. Any other place would have turned me away because they were closing soon. I’ve been to wheel & tire twice to service my car, first time had brakes and an alignment done. Took the parts in and the service was actually done much more quickly than expected. Very professional and the car felt great after.Second time was more intense with my car, had motor mounts replaced. It was a much longer job but the staff at the place was in contact with me and the car was turned over the next day. The car drove like a dream when I got it back.Overall great service from Joey, Eddie, and the rest of the guys at Wheel and Tire. Would def go back and for sure recommend.

(AKA Zhixin Ye)Fantastic service. I newly bought a as-is Subaru used car from another state. I suspected the steering wheel might be a bit heavy. So I brought it to them for checking it. Joey the boss or manager checked it for me. He first test drove and told me it should be normal although it was indeed a little bit heavy. He later had a worker inspect the power steering system in their garage and found no issues. And then he said he could make no money on me that day as the car was good, and didnt even charge me for the inspection. I happily thanked them and said I definitely would return to find them for future service. They are the honest and nice people.

Wheels and Tire Depot is an excellent repair shop the two guys to see is Andrew or Eddie and they will be able to help you out with anything that you need with your vehicles it is so hard to find good mechanics now but these guys I trust entirely cuz they are honest with you and they do excellent work and they stand behind their work and they will let you know if its worth repairing a particular thing or if you need to actually replace it so if you want to stop looking and getting taken advantage of by other mechanic shops I would definitely go to Wheel and Tire Depot.

Great place for new tires or a mount and balance. I brought my Maserati here to swap tires and I was out in under 2hrs. They sell aftermarket wheels and know how to properly mount 20 tires.

They sold me old tires from 2011, I went back to get it rebalanced again, they sold me the wrong centeic hub rings and then the owner joey gets in my face yelling and wants to fight.
