We hired Blossom Flower Shops for our wedding and what they created was beautiful. After giving them a few ideas, it was easy for us to collaborate with them to create centerpieces and decor that we instantly fell in love with. They created proposals for us to easily envision what our pieces would look like before finally seeing them during our final in-person meeting. They were very easy-going and were invested in making our special day beautiful and stress-free.

Live in New Jersey . My Uncle who is also my godfather passed away . I wanted some special flowers unique and special like he was to me . Funeral home said I could do it from website . I was so happy to use Blossom Flower website so easy so self explanatory . Most importantly they did exactly like the picture and flowers were so beautiful and fresh and vibrant . I was able to personalize the banner on the flower arrangement to read Beloved Uncle & Godfather. I highly recommend and so worth the money and love that I was able to tip driver from website which was wonderful especially since I amOut of state. .Delivered to funeral home in Bronx and was already there when room opened . Thank you so much for making such a wonderful arrangement for such a somber time but it brought smiles to our faces . Highly recommend .

I wanted to arrange for flowers to be deliver to my aunt for her 97th birthday. I have not had good luck with the 800 numbers so I researched florists in White Plains. The excellent reviews led me to call Blossom Flowers. Now I would like to add my excellent review to the list! The flowers were delivered as promised. My aunt was surprised and thrilled and specifically mentioned how nice the delivery person was. This is what my mother was sent on her birthday after ordering it from half way around the world !!! Received it around 11am. When we complained they said they would refund us for the inconvenience. 3:20 pm they are knocking on the door to retrieve the flowers without a replacement or apology to my mother. Great job guys !!! Unbelievable Customer Service !!!Update to response. You responding the way you did shows your malicious intent. How can you possibly try to convince me that this and the original photo are even comparable. How would this loose plastic wrapping have any affect on the appearance of the arrangement. The orchids haven’t bloomed. You have half the stuff advertised and charged me for. Also had you paid attention, I told you to come pick it up when you insisted to me that it was perfect and that you supposedly watched it being made. Really and this is what you sent me.Pictures Don’t Lie !!!

This truly professional place of business treated me with kindness by alleviating my concerns about my order when it was delayed. When my order was delivered the next morning, there were beautiful mylar balloons and chocolates added to each item in the original order. I will definitely be a return customer since their products are fresh and beautifully packaged.

I would give less than one star if possible. Ordered a plant for a Funeral Service for a young man 13 days in advance. Wrote a Lovely Note to Delivered with the Order. Received an email 10 minutes before the delivery was to be dropped off stating a substitution was made? Got to the Church and Guess What No Delivery, No Arrangement, No Note. What A JOKE. Reached out to them and still have no answer to what happened to the Arrangement. Took our money and Ran!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Dont use this place!!! First they couldnt supply my order And they wanted more money for same order claiming a new florist charging more money so I changed my order to meet their supply. The day it was supposed to be delivered they were unable to deliver, they said the next day, then the next day. I called to cancel my delivery, and was put on hold for 38 minutes then I finally hung up associate never got back to me. I called my credit card to stop payment. Im beginning to think this is a Scam!

My husband bought me flowers for Valentine’s Day a beautiful bouquet of hydrangeas and roses, baby’s breath and wax flowers. It lasted a day. The hydrangeas were completely wilted the next day, and the roses lost it’s luster. I took the proper precautions as I always do with flowers. These flowers simply weren’t fresh.

My wedding was on 9/26/20 and due to COVID we had 26 people and had to change it several times... I went to carly a few weeks before because the previous florist I had I wasnt happy with. I was trying to go for an intimate and romantic vibe with vintage touches such as tea cups, candlesticks and crystal vases and I decided to purchase all the centerpieces myself. Carly was incredible... It only took one visit working with her and I could tell she loved my idea and created a masterpiece. It was a pleasure working with her and her staff, They were professional and very affordable. I highly recommend her work

They were so easy to work with and really wanted to make sure that the flowers were fresh and beautiful for the recipient- so they would not just drop them at the door and leave. They actually coordinated with my grandpa to see when he and my grandma would be home, so that the flowers could still be a surprise for her, but not sitting out in the summer heat. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
