Went to the party at Central Ave. Free Parking. picked up an Awesome Gift for my sons 10thbdy. Its really for Halloween 🎃 decor but had to get!!!! Venom Doorknocker and he speaks.

Waited over a hour until we had to go to the register to get an employee to get someone else to help us. The cashier was super helpful and apologetic but it does not excuse the employees with their name tags hidden and in plain clothing. They literally had three people working orders from the shelves, and it seemed very selective with who they chose to help. If you’re going to check back inventory for a costume why go to the register and come back five minutes later, empty-handed saying they are already completely sold out? Totally unreliable unprofessional employees that could be supplemental to the costume buying process! Highly doubtful that I’ll ever step foot in this store again.

I guess the place is ok. I mean, they do carry pretty much everything you could want for parties - from candies to tableware of all types and colors, decorations, specialty stuff, lotta greeting cards, wrap, balloons of every type imaginable, gag stuff. BUT the chain is run so very on-the-cheap. Customer service is zero. If youre looking for something not so obvious - good luck! And at the register when I was there, the line was out past the barriers and into the aisles. 4 cashiers suddenly became 1 cashier. Then a second cashier, then wait forever. Really poorly run.DONT BUY THE WINDOW PAINT. Cartridge of weak, washed out liquid that isnt very visible and runs. Use chalk paint from michaels

No service in this store, maybe because is the morning, is big and spacious, but everything looks empty, they definitely can do better if shelf were full, even the pick up items if they had something to attract customers, they definitely loosing money, noone to greet, only one cash register open. And things seems overpriced.

The store was insanely busy this past Saturday I needed some costumes for my family not only did I receive amazing service by one of the three workers on the floor but also upfront. Although the line was long it was expected but it moved fast and the manager seemed to work amazingly well in the customer chaos. I do recommend this party city because every other store I went to that day was worse.

Do NOT buy balloons from this party city. At 10am i placed an online pickup order, for 2pm pickup. I picked up the balloons at 3pm. By midnight they were on the floor. How embarrassing! My fiancé will get to enjoy her deflated balloons on her birthday tomorrow. :( This is what $15 gets you.

Large free parking lot attached within the mall. Large selection of customs and party supplies. Large amounts of candy as well.

I purchased a huge Sweet 16 balloon and a set of regular balloons for my daughter on March 24th as of today May 7 the big balloon is still floating in her room. Thank you for suggesting I get the special air for her balloons. God Bless you all.

Came to this store today and it was a breathe fresh air compared to the Bronx stores shelves were full lots a Halloween friendly associates I don’t understand why they can even have a bad review staff was great managers were great Inwill recommend and I will come here before I ever step foot in a Bronx store

Its a party city, they have good party stuff at way inflated prices. But if you need something last min and the dollar store doesnt have it, you dont have many other options. Expect the lines to take much longer than youd expect given their length.

At about 1:45 i I placed an order for balloons to be picked up by 4:30…. When I arrived at 4:35, the balloon order had not been satisfied. After waiting 15 minutes for the completion of the order,…. ( during this time workers were joshing around having non pertinent conversations) the balloons were handed to me unsecured. When asked for a weight, I was told I had to purchase a weight! Given the poor service, I suggested that I should receive one as a courtesy…the manager was summoned He offered no apology for the lateness of the order and also denied me a weight… in light of poor customer service, it should have been given to me as a courtesy!

There was no employees to help you locate merchandise and the line to check out was ridiculous. Employees just watching as we stood on a line that was not moving. There should be someone in charge of balloons because the cashier had to locate the balloons and then go and inflate them.

I needed to pick up table decorations and balloons for a friends birthday dinner. They have everything you could possible need and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s my go to party planning store.

This place is huge. You will most likely find what you need here and if they dont have it, you can find something similar to what your looking for. Always good customer service when I go.

My balloons were late and I was not informed until I called. I waited and hour for the balloons at the restaurant. I was told delivery is from4-5pm. I called at 5:15 because I started to get worried. I paid for them ahead of time and I was told delivery will be 20 mins late and it was out of their control.. I got a call a 5:40 that the balloons were late.Then it was 6:00 my guests had arrived and I had to rush to decorate the place with the balloons I couldn’t do it properly and make my guests wait in the lobby.I called to get my money back and I was told they have a three hour delivery wait to deliver.

Not enough workers. No one around to help on the floor. The line is long and there are not enough cashiers. Customer Service Should Be their number 1 Priority. Horrible

Not happy went 2 weeks was sold expired pink M&Ms. Returned for some more but they didnt have. Bought something else. When the situation was explained it was brushed off by management.Keep an eye out for expired candy on display. Now I question buying loose candy (could be expired).Wont be returning to this location, didnt like the service and how inconsiderate the management team was. Felt bad for the cashier, she tried...

Large store but what I was need wasnt available. I was told to try White Plains. One young lady, wearing a blue shirt, was very helpful but overall the other staff members in black shirts didnt seem to want to be bothered.

Staff was too busy on cell phones and flirting and playing hand games with each other. Store was empty m, desolate nothing in stock. Seemed like a mission 2 get 3 balloons filled.

This is the worst customer service, why place an order online for pickup and the order is not even ready at the pickup time requested. Make it make sense.

There was no party and it was not a city. Extremely misleading, please change name

Went here to get eid and Ramadan decorations but was told they don’t carry it. I don’t know why they wouldn’t carry it when every party city does.

Not much on Halloween decorations

This is the first time Ive been to Party City since they relocated to the old movie theatre and I must say I was in complete awe!!! The place is gorgeous and huge!!! Fully stocked not an empty space on the shelf, Extremely clean, really tall aisles and bright colors all over, which make you feel like a kid in a candy store. It is really beautiful. A young lady, I wish i could remember her name but i think she was a manager, she helped me find everything, quickly and shared party stories. The downside was I literally was in line for 20 or 30 minutes. They had only 1 cashier and several customers had large orders for balloons that they were placing. The associate kept me distracted from the long wait by engaging in conversation which was a plus we shared some laughs. When i first came in I asked an associate for balloon inserts so you dont have to tie the balloon, she said they didnt sell that. But Im like she cannot be serious as many balloons as you sell that you dont have the inserts. Then was assisted and found everything and even spent more money because the girl was very nice and pleasant. My cashier was very pleasant as well. Thumbs up Party City way better service than when they were located across the way

Unprofessional and unacceptable!Brought the latex heart shaped balloons for my grandmother’s funeral in white on 09/04/2020. They deflated over night even after I paid extra money for them to put a high gel in it so it could last the next day which was the funeral. I called the store about 50 times on the day of my grandmother’s funeral to fix the issue and to get a replacement set of balloons but no one answered the phone. I’m extremely disgusted with the outcome of this store’s operations. Unacceptable and Unprofessional!

Idk I don’t go to party city frequent enough I guess this party city is as good as any other party city. I do feel checking out is typically on the slow side hence the 3 stars only.

This place is awful, I dont know why I go here. I did a curbside order waited almost 30 minutes then finally went inside the store. I told an associate what had happened and she told me to go wait on the party pick up line. After 10 minutes over there they finally handed me my order. No apology for making me sit outside while there were about 6 employees inside doing absolutely nothing. Every time I go there I have a horrible experience. The last time was for baloons I had pre-ordered and paid for that werent ready and then werent correct.

You know what you are getting when coming to Party City. Their merchandise. One of things I like about Party city is that sometimes you will get plastic bowls that look better than the original none plastic ones. Really beautiful staff here.

They were very organized and had plenty to choose from. The credit card machines seemed to all be a little raggedy and the cashier seemed like she didnt want to be there, but the store itself was overall good.

Love this party city. Is clean. Some friendly people. Prices not to bad. This place is huge lots of room to run around. The workers there allow me to be me to have fun looking at and trying out different items. I take me kids there and we always have the greatest times. They have a ramp for people in wheel chairs to go up. The store is big enough for their chairs to get around from place to place. Love it

Placed an online balloon order 4 days before the scheduled delivery date and time between 10-11am for a friends milestone birthday. The day of the delivery no balloons until after 3pm and there were missing balloons from the order. Next day received an updated receipt with the missing balloons not showing on the receipt even though I had a receipt with the balloons on it. Someone internally altered the order without my knowledge. Very disappointing experience. Would not return.

Pretty decent location with huge selections in items

The cashier in this location really does not seemed to like her job. She argued with my wife and seemed like she wanted to pick a fight. I had to DE-escalate the situation. Overall we typically shop on Amazon, decided to shop in your store noticed your prices are now competitive, but with the lack of friendly customer service does seem like its worth the headache. When the cashier kept asking for help with another customer the supervisor always took a while to attend the cashier, the cashier was the only one ringing she noticed the line and instead of assisting with the line proceeded to do what ever she was doing. So long wait time with only 3 or 4 customers on line. If you can review the videos for that day you would urge you to review the video.

This place is absolutely gigantic. Take your time because the size of the place can be overwhelming and finding things is sometimes a chore. It has everything you need for a party and more from floor to ceiling. The staff is very helpful. Its easy to park outside. Party City has been in the area for many years and always a dependable place to go for fun items. Kids have a great time here. No matter what the holiday or occasion, Party City is the place to go to make that party perfect. Its conveniently located in the North East end of Yonkers bordering Greenburgh. Fun place. Love it!.

Halloween Costumes is what we went for which we got at a decent cost (it was a set for a couple). We also found dome Halloween cards for this and next year at a great price. For it being a week before Halloween, they should have had more cashiers open and more staff on the floor. It was a real long line but it moved...eventually.

Store is immaculate and clean and well stocked. However theyre still getting their footing and staff is very, very green. You wont have much luck with simple questions and they wont even know the manager on dutys names.Solid location, but give staff awhile to learn the ropes.Even heard a phone ringing in the background constantly with no one answering it.

Im not sure what was wrong with the other store. This is definitely bigger, brighter and prettier, however dont expect to pop in and out quickly. Expect to wait on line needlessly. Dont expect to find things quickly, either. While its big and bright, its a maze of stuff... and staff is just as obscure. The physical upgrade did nothing for staffing. I liked the old, smaller PC with friendlier, easy to find staff...

Easy party supply store! I had literally no time to gather items for a last minute cocktail party for 100 and Party City had everything I needed and then some - I bought too much and was able to return the items that I didnt need or use with no hassle. The staff was very helpful too!

Awesome store, with great inventory, but the staff isnt so great. It often seems like theyre short-staffed, and the last time I was there I needed five simple balloons to be filled but I was told there was a 35 minute wait. There was no sense of urgency, no apologizing, no real customer care. I literally had to take the balloons from Party City and go down the street to Walgreens and pay them to have them fill them with helium. 2 star review is based simply off the staff. The store itself has everything party related you need!

I came to buy birthday decorations and I also helium balloons when I was done and after I paid for everything they told me to wait 40 minutes if I wanted them to blow the helium balloons for me, because there have too many orders.

Party city has all wonderful collection for any special occasions be it birthday, baby shower, valentines, weddings. You can find all stuff of a particular type together and so makes shopping easy.

Do not go here if you need something quickly or expect any service. This is the first time i feel compelled to review a store. Selection is great but they are understaffed and not prepared. They dont answer the phone they are blowing up balloon orders as the store opens. Go to dollar zone on central avenue for simple balloons twice as fast fraction of the price.

Huge store, lots of candy options. However, limited selection in other party items. Some aisles are barely stocked. All aisles need to be clearly marked informing customers what items are in each aisle. Need more staff available on the floor not just behind the register, especially when its not crowded.

New location (right next door to the old one) is great. Fresh clean store. Only problem is lines more than too often are very slow. They have 10 registers, but youll be lucky if two or three are open.

They keep the shelves pretty well stocked and the employees are friendly. You can get a lot of things here for very cheap. I tend to buy party supplies here and the Dollar Tree. Theres no need to spend more money elsewhere for the most part except for something with some bling.

Its the same Party City vibe you would expect at another of their locations, but since this is a very popular spot, you may not always find what you need because about 30% of the time I come here, what Im looking for is out of stock. Its not the fault of the store, I just have bad luck getting what I need because apparently the rest of society is needing the same things I need lol. The staff are very friendly though and will help you out with anything you need.

I went to PartyCity in Yonkers to get some knee high yellow socks. Online said that there were 78 pairs in store an hour before I arrived (and even now after going it still says that) but when I arrived there were no socks out. I asked the cashier if there were any in the back and showed her my phone saying that it said there were 50+ available. She didn’t even bother looking and just said that if I didn’t see them they didn’t have them. Not sure if it’s a problem with the store or the online system but it was very frustrating.

Store managers here process your store credit as a manager discount and when you return the items they refuse to give you back the store credit you originally had. I complained to corporate and they will be refunding me my store credit. They even went as far as lying that a fellow store manager was a District manager to avoid the escalation of this issue.

Went there when they opened, doors were still locked. Waited a minute or so and then they opened them. Got a helium tank... way overpriced (its about $10 cheaper at Walmart!) I did 2 separate orders (1st for work, 2nd for personal.) The cashier asked me for my email address for the first order and I gave her my work email, very convenient because the receipt goes to my email. Didnt ask me for an email address for my second order which was my personal order - a little embarrassing because I unknowingly got the receipt to my work email account where the whole office could see! Wish she hadnt assumed the email was the same... I clearly did 2 separate payments. Oh well.
