I purchased a relatively large order of limestone wall caps from them recently for use on a wheelchair ramp in from of my home. Other vendors in my area (The Bronx) either didnt have the required dimensions or didnt deliver for fear the stones would break. The staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. They had the material I needed (pre-cut) and they delivered. And finally, to my chagrin, they turned out to be less expensive! I am very happy with their service.

I ordered 2 roles of 7x65 Delta-MS dimpled membrane for delivery. They delivered the 67 length rather than the 7 length. I ordered this from their Rockland store.I called them up and they said they informed me that the 67 was the only one they had in stock when I ordered the product. However, no such conversation ever took place. I am on a time-budget and had to go with what they delivered.They were completely unhelpful, almost bordering on the rude, but not quite.Also, the guy that delivered it, in a large tri-axle truck proceeded without asking me to drive on my lawn and wound up getting stuck there leaving 2 huge divets. The truck was laden with a full load of sand so these 2 divets were not trivial. All so he could get 3 feet (no exaggeration) closer. This was particularly annoying.I would not recommend using this place in the future.
