Horrible customer service. Disorganized, over priced items and the owner cheat on prices. Bought 5 pounds of beef and gave only 4 pounds. Unethical business practice.

Stocks South Asian groceries pretty well, are helpful and professional

A good place for Indian and Pakistani spices and groceries. Fresh Halal Chicken, Beef and Goat meat also sold here. Not well organized but a small store. You will find what you want.

My friend recommended me this store and I absolutely love it. Living in Scarsdale, it’s hard to go to city for shopping when you need groceries and meat during Ramadan. This place is not only closer but they have everything I need. I will definitely be coming back.

Zero etiquette. Even frighten the kids with their frowning faces dont know why they are there doing the business.The 4 star shown by the google is totally misleading.they think they are doing favor to the customers by answering ridiculously be it in store or over the phone.how hard is to for them to understand that they are in business just because of the customers.their food is stale, their supposedly fresh rotis are infested with mold. and when you ask them how fresh the items are they take it below their dignity instead of satisfying you as a customer.it is as if you are not putting your hard earned money to buy stuff there rather food is being doled out for free so nobody has a right to be treated by respect by the owner and his team.Absolutely disgusting demeanor.there are quite better options around one can take little bit of more travel to other outlets instead of getting humiliated and cheated by the owner of the store.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.the owner has zero manners. I wouldn’t even give a zero star I don’t know why the app forces to give one star. He thinks they a monopoly in the area that gives them the right to treat customers with total disrespect. They even mock you while you are giving the order for the items to be purchased.On top of that quality of food sucks.when you ask about how fresh the food is they mock your concern and saying that doesn’t matter the food is fresh to them. I will never go there again and would recommend the same to others.

Called to ask if they carry a brand of hair products called Vatika because I wanted to buy a few of their items... instead of trying to help me, the guy that they put me on the phone with says no we dont carry it we dont need it.. and hangs up on me... seriously??
