God selection of items, but the checkout here takes forever.

Great local grocery stop. Awesome sales. Has everything you might need to pick up in a quick run. I wouldnt do my main shopping trip here though it would get pretty expensive.

It’s a convenient that the store is near, but the cashiers needs to learn not have full blown conversations with people knowing they have a job to do.

I just brought a jar of peanut butter from this place after not shopping there for a while due to some bad food at the bar. The Jar had already been opened and eaten from. Im done, never going back. Cant recommend this place at all.

Not your average supermarket. Way too small. They have about 4 aisles. Good luck on finding everything you need when you come here. The staff is pleasant and usually short wait times when Im online. I normally only come here when I dont feel like driving to the next town over for a larger more fully equipped supermarket. This is my go to spot in an emergency.

The prices of goods here are fair. Staff is organized and friendly .The selection of products are wonderful. Clean and spacious. Its location is great and surely I must visit again to shop here.

Great prices and selections! but the hours are inconvenient for working folks. Management should consider closing an hour later all year-round. The amount of people trying to grocery shop after 8pm will bring substantial revenue to this location.. worth considering

Went to foodtown on lake ave sign said 3 12 ok of Pepsi check recipe when got home paid 25 dallors called store was told they would take care went back to store on monday sign still there told by three different people they couldnt do anything g evenwith sign still there ask for manager some guy came over wouldnt tell me his name ask for there corporate number and was told to Google it and thats how they treat there customers

Last visit went good in the store,,bad at the register. I work in customer service all my life and if you have a good experience in the store and not a good experience at the register the whole experience will be bad. I told the cashier to pack two things separate shes talking to someone else pack everything together and didnt even say thank you. I love their Deli everything is fresh. but they need to run meetings with cashiers about customer service.

It is a nice local market however they accept UPS is a drop place they dont handle it well I was told one package wasnt there. Well I persisted it showed up. Ive been here many times. I called for directions they werent able to tell me how to get there by public transit which is almost impossible. UPS needs to reconsider this. I dont want to sound prejudice but they need to speak English in the store or at least be able to be like bilingual. I give the store for stars because its a nice neighborhood store.

The people that works there are very nice but the wic need more work not many choices prices are a little on the up scale on some items the atmosphere is really comfortable overall I like this market and the manager is a sweetheart

I spent 60 dollars in there for about ten items I frequently go there this particular day she asked do I have a foodtown card I said I left it home she refused to curtosy swipe me stating she would get in trouble I totally understood I didnt get mad just shook my head then only to get home to see she didnt put my 10 dollar fruit bowl I paid for in the bag SMH

Good place for quick and affordable shopping. The store is small so the selection is not extensive. You also have to pay for parking.

This place has all the essentials like milk, cereal, candy, drinks. Everything you need they have. It’s obviously not like a shoprite but it’s close enough

Convenient but always short staffed and the cashiers specially morning look at you like you are less and they can be standing not doing anything or talking to each other and have you wait. Ridiculous

I am not happy lately with the deli service and I’ve been a customer for years before they even became a Foodtown! The deli workers are terrible with the customer service, the supervisor of the deli is even worse! They walk away while you’re placing the order and they’re not properly grasping what is it that you want, there is always something missing and this has happened multiple times and that is why now I’m wroting this review ! The food is good but the service just to get what you’re paying for is terrible .

Tooo EXPENSIVE sold spoiled Cold cuts, and they refuse to refund or exchange....Feeling is uncomfortable walking in like a person of color is not welcomed in that Spanish establishment

Its my local go to. But they closed the door on me....the store was closing in 10mins. I just wanted to get 1 item. And the young man looked directly at me and shut the door and locked it. Disappointed....I drive down the block to Palisades FT from now on.

My son bought 3 wedeges and a roll all sandwichs my had honey turkey with swiss cheese with mayo lettuce, tomatos and oil and vinegar ate most of the wedge and less than ten minutes later thru up and was,sick for two days,take your chance
