One of my favorite smoke shops in town since first time I went they were always so respectful and nice. I became very close wit even some of the workers and owners. They are a very family friendly smoke shop best in state..

Just visited this place, they have some really cool smoking supplies, nice glass artsy bongs and pipes, from what I can see so far. This is a new smoke shop, they have more unpacking to do. I will visiting again tomorrow so I can see all of what they have to offer. I like what I have seen so far 1. Open late until 12am 2. Clean on the inside, 3. nice glass wear and 4. a decent stock of supplies. tomorrow I will have a much more detail review hopefully with some pictures and to see if they get max stars. Stay Tune😋 definitely deserves max stars ✨ the guy was very nice and attentive. Plus if there is something you want that’s not there let him know and he might just have it on your next visit.

This place has the most amazing staff that Ive met. Considering that its my first shop that Ive been to, the staff here are the most chill, respectful, and friendly people Ive met, as I think of them like brothers/friends would. 10/10 experiences every time.

A.Q. is always very detailed and honest with his products and recommendations...he will ask questions about ur needs to get you the right stuff...always very welcoming. SmokeShop general staff are amazing as well, location is clean and has a good variety of options.

Another individually owned store worthy of my business. Probably the best price on OPMS shots Ive found in New York. Theres a good variety of other shots too all priced pretty good. Great customer service and usually a parking spot right by the door.

Most vape/tobacco shops are staffed with one or two half baked unenthusiastic teenagers who hate there life but everyone here is friendly and the customer service is awesome. Who ever is managing this place is doing a great job and picked the right people for the staff.

Just purchased 4 days ago and not happy with the sharpstone grinder, paint keeps flaking with each use, even after cleaning before use.

I have asked the shower to order me something for the last 4 months they still have not so now I travel to a store further way in the bronx where the owner always makes sure he has what I need

Sam and the boys literally have everything. If they dont, he will get it for you by your next visit. I usually get my hookah and hookah flavors from them and their Prices are unbeatable in New York. They also have anything else you can imagine when it comes to smoking no matter what you smoke. The store is amazing and the customer service is even better.

I wouldnt shop at Central Avenue Smoke Shop. I bought a battery for my vape pen and Im not kidding you when I say that it broke the next day. The Wulf Vape product was very poorly made and I went for a refund/exchange and after spending over 30 dollars, I did not receive not even store credit. The manufacturer also has horrible customer service. I wouldnt buy from Wulf Vape either due to the low quality of their items.

I visited this establishment yesterday and even though there were COVID-19 restrictions the store clerk was very friendly and she was supper helpful with providing information and tips for my hookah purchase. This store has a huge variety of products to chose from. I really enjoyed myself. 10 out of 5 stars.

When the shop first opened the guy working there was very rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. He told me he would call the cops on me if I came back. Luckily I haven’t seen him there so hopefully he got fired. Ever since he’s been gone, my experience at the shop has been incredible!
