Went there on sun 7/5 @5:40pm with my wife and kids, the employee did not let us in, saying that they were closed when the sign says the store close at 6pm. I told them i drove from the bronx. The employee said he didnt care. I asked for his name, he refused to give me his name and kept yelling to get out of here. I placed an order on line Feb 6, for store pickup. Never arrived. Sale items NO LONGER AVAILABLE.12 DAYS!!! NO ORDER! LOST OR STOLEN. WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM EVER.

Fitting room closes 1.5 hours before the store closes. I guess they don’t want to sell any clothing in the last hour.

The cashier was rude and ignored me when I greeted her. Customer service was horrible. I won’t be visiting this location again.

Poor customer service top to bottom. I simply purchased items and had to purchase them twice because the manager refused to come down to rectify a double purchase. Now there customer service line is emailing me that they cannot cancel the second charge for absolutely no reason.

Their clothes dont fit me, but its a well laid out shop.

This place is terrible. I was sent there by their own customer service team to pick up an order. The customer service team told me they closed at 7:30PM, I left work and arrived there at 7:10pm and the doors were locked. I was standing in front of their store while their employees looked me dead in my face and kept going about their business. Even some managers looked at me and kept talking, talk about unprofessional! If an establishment closes at 7:30pm and it is only 7:10pm why are the doors locked?? after waiting outside for nearly 15 minutes I banged on the door and someone finally came to the door. This place is very unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Went inside store with my family, no xxl sizes at all, manager proceeded to follow my family around the store and kept asking us if we were okay in a manner that made me feel like he was racially profiling us, Uniqlo talk to your mans he definitely made my experience feel worse not only did they not have xxl anywhere in the store but made my family and i feel extremely uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!

First time going to this store. The merchandise is well designed and sold at fair prices. The employees are helpful and the layout is well thought out. The only problem that is not exclusive to this store but to the entire complex (Ridge Hill) is the poor parking. Its expensive, horrible placed pay stations and terribly designed.

Always worth checking in for some unique clothing item at a very fair price. Dont come with pre-conceived notions of what to get because chances are in wont be in stock. But if you are coming to visit the mall anyway, then this is worth to stop by and browse.

Needs more people to answer questions. But very clean and neat.

Great Store, Employees were kind and helpful. I would make sure to download the Uniqlo App before you go sometimes they have discounts. You must have an account and be loged in, its free.They have weekly promos from Thursday to Thursday, it changes each week. Beaware that i shop their about 1 or 2 a moth the people who come their to return hold up the line, and sometimes cause a scene, i wouldnt bring kids ive heard some foul lauange from fellow shoppers towards staff. So you know return is 60 Days with recipet tags attached and orignal form of payment, if your missing one your out of luck. They dont carry past Xl which sucks cause some of their clothes runs small but you can order online to be shipped to the store its free.

One of my favorite fast fashion stores. If youre in the ridge hill area, I highly recommend swinging by. The store is large and airy and doesnt feel cramped like some other fast fashion stores. I especially like the t-shirts and undergarments. Theyre very comfortable to wear and have great cuts and colors.

I love this store for their unique t-shirts! The quality of their clothing is really good and lasts a really long time. I got to really browse this store for the first time this year and find that their prices are really reasonable, especially considering the good quality of the materials used. The only thing is they dont carry past the size XL in womens clothing. I have a lot of lower body and cannot fit the pants past my knees😂😞 I will still shop here regardless of that, Im really there for the exclusive t-shirts😉

I can find items for my super slim child and also for my extra large child. The clothing is reasonably priced and well made and look really good. The heat tech items really do keep you warm. I love this store.

This shop is clean and spacious. Staff feel good. (Manhattan is very cluttered.) However, the assortment of goods is not good. Given the location of Ridge Hill, you should make it a more edgy assortment. We expect full lineup of collaboration items. I go to see every other week, but I rarely get something to go home. I understand why it is just mediocre item.

They made me take a store gift card for a return I originally paid cash for. They said store policy. I pointed out that policy is not posted near the check out counter or on my receipt.

I love Uniqlo’s clothing! I had to give this location 1 star because of how filthy the fitting rooms are. I closed the door a chunk of dust fell to the ground. I looked at the floor and there were dust bunnies everywhere!! . It looks like no one has ever dusted or washed the floors since this store has opened! Absolutely disgusting!

Its good for my wife shes 115 lbs. For me no good 225 lbs

Standard in Uniqlo that haa two floors of clothing.. fitting rooms were clean and the store was organized and nice. Parking is something you have to pay for when shopping here. Alterations are available to you if you need to have them done and are free if spending over a certain amount. Associates were helpful and able to answer the questions I had.

I love Uniqlo, but this store doesnt have as big a selection as the Fifth Avenue store in Manhattan. The other issue I have with Uniqlo is that their inventory doesnt really change much during the season. But their prices are good. Their long underwear is fantastic. Uniqlo is great for the basics and the occasional interesting piece

Great Japanese fashion

Sales are great here for the basics and kids clothing. For adult clothing, Ill try my best to shop ethically. Kids outgrow their clothes so fast that Im willing to shop at non-ethically labeled stores that are still good quality, which Uniqlo has. We pass down Uniqlo clothing mutlple times and the clothes always hold up.

I dont know whats in there my wife went and she likes it so thats all I can tell you

If I could give minus stars, I would give minus 5 stars!!! I just had a terrible experience with both the sales person AND the manager on duty. I bought two vests early this afternoon and when I got home, both vests still had the security tag on. So I had to drive back to get them removed. That salesperson wasnt there so I asked another person to take it off. He shrugged and said At least it wasnt me. And took it off. Appalled by the poor professionalism, I asked if they could at least pay for my parking since it was their fault that I had to drive all the way back, pay for parking ($4) and go back to their store. When he refused, I asked to see the manager who came and all he said was We dont validate parking maam. IAnd all we can say is Im sorry. There was not an ounce of sincerity in his voice and after a few other exchanges (that I will not write here) I left the store making sure they understood that I will NEVER shop there again. It is terribly disappointing because I had always had great experiences with Uniqlo customer service, and I had always wondered if it was because the company was based in Japan. This kind of customer is a bad reflection on the brand and thats why I was terribly disappointed since love their products. Just from this experience, I will not look at Uniqlo the same!!

This is a really cool Japanese casual-wear brand that you dont find in a lot of places in the states. The prices are good and the quality is good. Lots of clean-cut and sharp stuff here, and the layout is great. Lots of room to shop but enough product that it doesnt feel lacking. However, if youre familiar with the brand because of their tennis sponsorship of Novak Djokovic and Kei Nishikori, dont expect sportswear at this location.
