Marble works is a great company. From the moment we entered the showroom, we were greeted by Christopher who was very helpful to us during the selection of color and finish for our kitchen countertop. He knew exactly what we were looking for. He was very responsive on all the queries we had and there were no delays or surprises on installation day. From the template measuring to the installation, the staff that came to our house were very polite, professional, and extremely helpful. We are so glad that we selected Marble Works for our kitchen project.

After my normal cabinet people dropped the ball on granite, I stopped by Marble Works to see what they had.Very happy I did.They had a beautiful piece on the property which I chose. They came to template at the exact time they said, and they installed on the exact time and day they said. Install team was courteous and professional. They did a very nice job.They had great communication, always answering my emails very quickly. I had no problems at all and would recommend/use these guys again in a heartbeat. I have to say my experience with Marble Works was all around great! From the design portion in shop with Christopher to the install with Evan and the team was very efficient. Christopher took the time to show me different options of countertops and edges and answered all my questions quickly. I ordered my quartz after the measurements were finished and it came in exactly 7 days. The day of the install they came in and quickly started the install. The counters were in the kitchen and finished in under an hour! I am completely happy with everything from start to finish! Thank you team!

We just had a wonderful experience with Marble Works. We worked with Chris who gave us outstanding service. We picked a slab from a wholesaler and Marble Works cut and installed the counter tops. The installation went as perfect as one could expect. A problem with the dishwasher was quickly addressed and the resolution was more than satisfactory. Their installation crew was great to work with and explained everything they did. And they were sure we were satisfied. Most important they gave us an estimate and stuck to it. There were no extra charges. I highly recommend Marble Works and Chris.

Although my in-store experiences were pretty good I am sorry to say that the actual work that was done was disappointing. I was replacing kitchen countertops and when the workers came to remove it they behaved as if it was sort of a mystery to them.That surprised me and made me a little nervous. I had requested that they protect the floor and be very careful as we have wood that is easily scratched, they provided ONE drop cloth (although they dispute that fact). They use a shopvac to clean up debris which has plastic wheels and hose and indeed the workers did scratch the floor then, and when a worker dropped a utility knife. Hey, accidents happen, I dont fault anyone for that, but when I immediate notified Chris that the workers did leave some scratches in the floor, and sent him pictures the companys reaction shocked me.They sent out an assessor who essentially treated me like I was a liar from the minute he walked in. He questioned how I could distinguish the scratches that were already there from the new ones that they made. He was combative and rude. My husband told him that we only wanted them to help cover the cost of touch ups of some of the scratches and acknowledged over and over they were not all due to their workers. This would not have been expensive, but my followup conversation was what any customer who is considering using them should be aware of.The office manager, Seva, snidely said they did NO damage, that they were done with dealing with us, and that although I requested to speak to the owners that wasnt going to happen.Renovations are a big investment so I just dont want other people to have to deal with a business that thinks so little of their customers. You want people who are meticulous, trustworthy and put their customers first.There are too many other options out there to risk dealing with Marble Works.
