My Furnace died on us this weekend and your service tech Pernel Miller was able to bring it back on line despite some difficult circumstances. I was impressed with his professionalism, politeness and attention to detail. Having my elderly mother recently live with us due to the hurricane in Puerto Rico, It was very important we have the heat up and running as reliably and quickly as possible. Mr. Miller despite having an injured foot and having already put in many hours from previous service calls and having to return early the next day, got the job done. He is an asset to your company and I commend him on a job well done.

Dont you deserve a ‪‎heating oil‬ company you can depend on? This is a motto of their websiteShame they dont practice. DEPEND ON!!!! Your having a laugh. I was told id get a delivery two days ago. Two days ago became yesterday am which became yesterday pm which now became today am. Even when listed as an emergency they didnt care despite the fact I was told it would be delivered Friday.They totally lack professionalism and are very fast to take your bank information without providing a service. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. Theyll take your order and after that leave you hanging. They are probably one of the worst companies I have ever tried to work with.Stay away from these people, they dont care about you.They only got 1 star because I had to give it to them in order to publish the review.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! They refused to deliver oil on a Saturday, January 18th. It was called in as an emergency since there was a small child in the house. We got oil from another company. Unfortunately it was not oil we needed!!! The boiler was not working!! AGAIN!! Petroleum Kings had been here on Dec. 10, and again on January 7th for that same issue. The boiler went out again on Friday night, January 17th!! When I called them on Monday, January 20th to tell them the boiler was again not working, they refused to come out to fix it because we were forced to get oil from another company!!!! Could you believe that!!! They NEVER fixed it right!!!! And now they flat out refused to make it right!! We now have heat and hot water. It cost a pretty penny, $600, to make the boiler work. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER!!!!
