Chilly Willy & Cool Carls made a double luge ice sculpture for us this past weekend (9/18/2021) for a birthday party. The sculpture was outstanding and was a big hit at the party. The entire process was very easy. Pickup was quick and efficient and the sculpture was simple to assemble. We had it outside on a hot day and it still lasted over six hours. I would definitely use them again.

My refrigerator decided to stop working, and I am awaiting delivery of a new one. While I am waiting, I am using dry ice provided by the crew to keep the items in the old refrigerator cold, since I have an elderly Father living with me who needs proper nutrition and hydration.I met Will Sr., Will Jr., and the crew, who were all very compassionate and helpful. Its good to know there are Family run businesses still around who will go the extra mile for others and their community. Went and bought some dry ice for a Halloween party I’m throwing tonight, and these guys were very helpful, along with providing us the amount we needed for a good price, they gave us some tips for handling and using the dry ice. I definitely recommend going to them for any dry ice needs.

I was sourcing dry ice and these guys were great. They articulated order size and pricing options, how it would be packaged and were ready with the order when I arrived. However, it can be tricky getting them on the phone. Ive had to call the emergency number both times. And the second time they were closed even though the times on Google and their website indicated they were open. This mismatch time seems to be across the board and lockdown-related -- but had the closing info online been correct, I could have budgeted my time differently.

These guys are the best. I cater large events for 300 guests and more, and I can always depend on them to deliver hundreds of pounds of ice within a specific time window. Not having to stress and worry if they will arrive or not is truly a blessing. Competitive pricing, great customer service. I also occasionally get clear ice cubes for speciality bar cocktails, and large blocks of ice for ice sculptures and shave ice!
