Had a fantastic experience at this shop. I was long overdue for a new bra and decided to get properly fit. This shop was so helpful, measured me quickly and offered a variety of bras based on what I was looking for. Didnt feel rushed or pressured in any way. All around just great service and now I have some bras that properly fit! This will the only place I buy bras from in the future. Highly highly recommend!!

I love it! The bras are a little pricey but they also arent your average bras!! What beautiful extensions of my wardrobe and they made me be like a different person. My sales assistant Tamara was exceptional. I had to leave a few things behind but Im definitely going back for them. Great place for lingerie and amazing bras. Went in today and Tammara helped me find a fabulous strapless but convertible bra in my size, 32HH, which is not easy to find! Cant wait to go back for more sexy underwear and camisoles, etc! They have it all!

The only place I shop for bras. No other place has a great selection of comfort sexy and style. Their on the pricey side for me because of an extremely large bust but it is definitely money well spent. Highly recommend.

I had Kylie and Issac to help me out during my visit..they were wonderful and worked as team to help me out with fitting, finding the perfect bra and answering my questions and concerns about the bra (why it was uncomfortabl, e.t.c). I would definitely continuing coming to this location since the customer service was good. Ended up buying over $500 worth of bras and lingeries.

Such an amazing store. I went in looking for a new waist trainer and straight from the bat, the customer service was exceptional. They did not have the color of the waist trainer that I was looking for but I was able to order it which was great. As a woman with big breast, it’s been so hard looking for the perfect bra. Victoria secret & Lane brayant constantly measured me wrong and wore uncomfortable bras. Maria, accurately measured my size and found me the perfect bra, I am so grateful for this store and the workers. I definitely recommend this store, they have a big variety of bra sizes and lingerie things. This is my new go to place! ❤️

Shame on the whole store! They’re reaping people off! The only store that doesn’t let you return the item! I bought something and next day went back and they’re forcing you to either don’t return it or giving you store card to get something in that amount. Never seen something like this! Everywhere you have 30 or more days to get your money back. So unfair and unprofessional! Would not recommend this store to anyone!!!

Update: the manager reached out to me to apologize for my experience at the store and his comments. While I appreciate the apology, I still feel this was not a situation that should have arisen in the first place. Hopefully my next experience there will be better.Very rude staff. The manager? (Only man in the store) was extremely rude and condescending to me because I did not want to get fitted by the staff, and made nasty comments to me as I was checking out. If I was not in desperate need of a new bra I would’ve left without buying anything. The woman helping me was insistent that a bra I was spilling out of everywhere fit me, going as far as to say that it wasn’t that the bra didn’t fit, I was just fat. “That’s simply not breast tissue, haha, who told you that it was?” My doctor did lady, but thanks for your input. Can’t say that I will be returning anytime soon.

Giving Victorias Secret stiff competition, especially where size is considered, catering to the entire spectrum of the market without bias. The prices are much better too. Give them a try, youll be pleasantly surprised!😀😀

I dont remember the last time my girls were happy to be stuffed into a bra until today! Liz was AMAZING!! she was friendly, knew her stuff, fitted me and brought me bra after bra until we were all happy. They have a huge selection of larger sizes not found in other stores. I promise the girls to not buy bras anywhere else, Suzette has a customer for LIFE!!

I have never been to any other lingerie store that has such a great selection! I have been shopping here for over a decade and I love customer service that I always receive. One of the women actually remembered me! They know there stuff, are typically spot on when sizing me, and make good recommendations on what will fit.

Staff friendly and supportive but staff Erynn was exceptional. She demonstrated Suzette at its best. She was caring, patience and understanding of my needs. She took the time to make sure my need was met, without rushing me to make an hasty decision. She is truly a gem a wonderful asset to your company.

My friend and I went into the store looking for lingerie for the first time. We had Erynn and Maria helping us find great outfits, and made us comfortable finding the best fitting bras and outfits. I felt confident and sexy and powerful in the best outfits. My fiancé is obsessed with my new clothes and they even made me a profile so I can get outfits and bras sent to me in Texas (where I live). They were the absolute best, I’d go back to them any time. Their prices were great and the quality perfection! I am so glad I went to them for my most intimate clothes!!!

I came in looking for what I could only describe as an adhesive bra and Elizabeth wasted no time in helping me choose the right one for whether it was a specific outfit or for versatility. She showed me several and even explained the pros and cons of all the different options and in the end I ended up leaving the store with exactly what I was looking for. I cant thank her enough. Fabulous shopping experience at Suzette’s in Yonkers. I came in with my friend and her 88 year old mother looking for bras and skimmers for a wedding. Charmae our salesperson was so kind and patient and helpfulShe waited patiently while our elderly mom tried on different bras and slimmers with two different outfits, not easy or fast with a woman using a walker, and we left with the perfect undergarments for both outfits. I can’t say enough about our experience at Suzette’s and for Charmae’s help and guidance and i will be buying all my undies and bras at Suzettes from now on!

I have been shopping for a strapless bra for over 3 months now...I have gotten measurement that was saying am a 42DDD to another 40G, 40H..and I have brought bras in store and online...and nothing fit too hold the girls up...not enough support or plain dont fit...I hit Soma store and a worker told me about Suzette Lingerie...jackpot....There I met a beautiful young lady by the name of Elizabeth full with patients, very respectful, thoughtful and very school in the art of bra fitting . boy does she know her stuff in a matter of 15 minutes she fit me into strapless bras that did a number on my girls. ..I am truly grateful Elizabeth for you help..I can now breathe fitting into my wedding dress in August

I went into the store looking for a strapless bra. The woman ther insisted on sizing me. For the past 5-6 years I’ve worn a D or DD cup. In the store she told me I was an F. She gave me the bra and at a quick glance it was far too big, it felt like a joke. I told her as she handed me the bra I knew I wouldn’t fit into that. Again, she stressed I was an E. My boyfriend walked in when she was handing it to me and asked “why are you looking at something so big??!” I asked to see another size and she wouldn’t show me because “that would be too small for you”. Needless to say, I left without a bra and no desire to go back.

Amazing customer service!!! Fantastic for women with special sizing needs - I have a very small band size but very large cup and they got me in a perfectly fitting bra on the first try! its a little expensive, but its worth every penny!

My saleswoman Karissa was amazing!!!!! I am super hard to please when it comes to my bras especially since they are so expensive & hard to find in my size(38J). She was super patient with me & made sure I was happy with my purchase. I loved the bra she found me so much I wanted to purchase it in both colors, unfortunately they didnt have the other color in stock, but they could order it for me. The manager (dont know his name & really dont care too) said I would recieve it by the end of next week. I said it was too long of a wait & I would just order the other color on Amazon(quicker shipping) he then proceeded to argue with me & say customers like me ordering online put stores like his out of business. If it wasnt for his employees like Karissa & the other ladies I would no longer be a customer. The store and employees 5 stars the manager big fat ZERO.

My review is LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG overdue... Ive been shopping at Suzette lingerie since puberty and have continued long into adulthood. The ladies are always so warm, inviting, helpful and professional- especially when sizing. Theyve always educated me on how a bra should properly fit and support you (without spillage in the bust, back or sides). They have custom universal sizes that you wont find in a commercial store. Now... as a plus sized female, with an extreme hourglass shape its hard to find bras and lingerie at commercial stores like Victorias Secret or Macys that fit me properly. Im also a little nervous buying myself lingerie, but Charmae (patiently) put my mind at ease during my most recent visit. She helped to size me and found me 3 amazing lingerie sets that made me feel sexy and not frumpy! I HAVE to reiterate Isaac (owner) has an amazing staff, but Charmae is my personal rockstar! Thanks girl! 😍🧚🏽‍♀️
