From my visit to this location I have been able to infer the business’ likely history:A store transplanted from the soviet union, barrio adopted the organizational philosophy that people should have choices when shopping, if that choice is about the serial number of the baccardi bottle they are buying. Under the assumption that people only really drink rum and maybe an occasional vodka here and there, the business was able to prosper by filling their shelve with the same 15 different hard liquors.
