These guys are crooks. They will take your money and not fulfill the order. I was lucky my bank got my money back after I filed a dispute. If you’ve been a victim of these thieves, ask your credit card company to get your money back. It worked for me.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered an interior for a 1967 camaro March 23, 2017. Called over 35 times and talked to 3 different customer service people who all promised to check the status of my order and call me back later in the day. I never once received a call back from them. Sent countless emails to the sales department. I did receive an email back stating the order would ship within a few days. That was back in July. Since that email response, I have not received an further communication. I called another 20 times and never reached a customer service rep. Finally had enough and contacted my bank and they sent letter requesting that the interior be delivered or a full refund be given back to me within 45 days. After 45 days went by and receiving no response, the bank pulled the full amount back and refunded me the money. Awful experience. I recommend avoid purchasing anything from this company.
So I ordered a whole dash kit minus the radio. Everything was good except they charged me for the radio and sent me one. I contacted them and sent the radio back. Two weeks later I called and they said they had to send a check. One week later they said the check was in the mail. I called another week later and they blamed the boss for not cutting me a check and sent me to his voicemail, where I left a message about what was going on. Its been 5 days no answer from the owner. I wish I could have seen the other Google reviews before I spent $2600.00 with this shady company. They wont even answered my calls anymore. And to the owner Im taking action by calling the city of Yorba Linda to tell them they have a thief doing business in there city as well as BBB.
I placed an order for an item and was told it would ship in 7-10 days. When I did not get it in that timeframe I called to check on it. I was assured it was in transit. They asked for my phone number as they would call manufacture and check on its status and call me back.THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I TALKED TO SOMEBODY which is going on 6 weeks now. I did receive a token email about 2.5 weeks into this from CEO (Tracy) stating they were sorry and I was next in line and offered a $50 gift card for which I have not received yet. I call daily and leave voice messages on every voicemail I can get too asking for a delivery status. YOU MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION about these guys.
Ordered/paid for wheels that stated more than 10 in stock after receiving no tracking info- called and was told not in stock and were getting powder coated. called a week later, was told boxed up and shipping today.5 days later-no shipping info- called and was told again-boxed up and shipping today. requested refund due to dishonest answers, was told card would be credited 3/5 days. asked to speak to owner, left a voice mail, no return call to date. no credit issued - today is day 15 and my calls are not answered now on main call in line. interesting. I see the owner has responded to several other reviews that look very similar to this one, what are the odds I will be contacted? should have done my homework first. perhaps this will help the next guy...
I ordered a part on ebay paid in full Aug 11 2017. Took my money no parts terrible company. DO NOT USE. Now I have to dispute the charges. Still no response. POS
Do not waste your time viewing this website. This company is not a reputable company. Tell your friends and everyone you know. I ordered a grill and it was damaged and stamped incorrectly when I received it. I notified the company and was told if I returned the grill I would receive a full refund upon receipt. I received an email confirming receipt and was told that a refund was being issued. 2 months later I have not received a refund. I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails. I have not received a response to either. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
CROOKS!!! Terrible company!! We run a very reputable Hot Rod shop and ordered 1969 Camaro seat covers and paid them 900 dollars back in January 2017 with continued promises they were just backed up until then we hit the statute of limitation to get a refund from our credit card company and of course now they wont answer our call! After reading other reviews how are they still in business... we will be reporting them! And going after them!!! Beyond upset to know this just hasnt happened to us!!
BUYER BEWARE. These guys took my money for seat covers and foam inserts in December 2016. After 4 months and several broken broken promises to complete this order, I was forced to cancel. (I suspect they are on credit hold with the manufacturer, as legit vendors such as Summit tell me they can deliver in two weeks)Full refund was promised, but they have twice lied about returning my money. Now they dont answer the phone or email. These guys are either crooks or on the verge of bankruptcy... Or perhaps both. If you value your hard earned money, stay away from this train wreck of a business!
Horrible experience with these guys. Stay away! I purchased pretty much a complete interior from them last July. I received all but the dash pad. Told that TMI was retooling so waited. And waited. Called TMI around the beginning of April to find out part was in production and the holdup was Rusty Nutz and Rods withholding payments. Called and cancelled the order and promised a speedy refund. 6 weeks later, numerous phone calls, emails unreturned, and empty promises. Now they wont even answer the phone when they see its me. DO NOT buy anything from these clowns. Im going through legal action currently as they refuse to respond and make this right.Just an update: its been two weeks since my last review. Still no refund, no follow up, still wont answer my calls or emails. Meanwhile I continue to write negative reviews on every forum I can find. They dont seem to care. Not sure why they bothered to respond with a check number that didnt even match the first one promised. Going on 8 weeks since requesting a simple refund. Pathetic.
Waited 3 weeks for part they get here incomplete kit call back no awnser STAY AWAY THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD.
