These guys are the real deal...they love bikes and people and everything that brings those 2 things together. My bike has been in storage for a couple of years. Just got it out and am planning a fun ride with some friends this weekend. I noticed it wasnt shifting right but did not have time to take it in for a full tuneup. So I popped in, explained my issue and they tweaked my derailleur and I was on the road in 5 minutes...no charge. I can hardly wait to bring my bike back for the tuneup it needs. Very thankful to have Fenix Cycling in our neighborhood.

Best costumer service I went to a different bike shop because I wanted to get a new 12 speed and they said I had to buy a new hanger and charged me 100 dollars to put it on when I went here they said all I need is the 12 speed parts and that’s it and that I didn’t need a new hanger also charged very little to put it on and last time I went I got a dropper and they put it on fast and is working great.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Fenix Cycling. I called around bike shops and thought this shop had the best price to get my derailleur adjusted, between $10-20, from when I spoke to them on the phone. Took my bike in for the mechanic to look at and told me it would cost me $15 and would be ready for pick up the following day. Left it, and came back the following day and told me $25. So I questioned the guy why its $25 when they told me its $15 when I dropped it off. He said oh, they had to replace the cables. I said cables, on a brand new bike?. As he was trying to look for the cable that was replaced, he wasnt able to find it because seriously why would you replace a cable on a brand new bike, I asked. So he said okay, we will give you your $10 back. But then the lady at the cashier said oh, its the labor. Really, the labor? So adjusting my derailleur isnt labor already? Why wouldnt you just tell me from the beginning how much it would cost me total. Its not like youre replacing any parts on my bike. I just thought Id share my experience here, I felt like I was lied to. So BEWARE with their prices! And dont be fooled by their ratings! Look at this receipt, doesnt make any sense at all, labor adjustment & derailleur adjustment?

Ive cycled for 45 years and Fenix Cycling is the best bike shop Ive ever been to. The other bike shops in this area are run by kids that really dont want to spend much time helping or answering questions. Dino and Ozzy are knowledgeable, friendly, and will bend over backwards to make everything right. Ive purchased TWO Bianchi bikes from them and the more recent Infinito was a challenge -- Out of stock everywhere in the U.S. and I wanted a ton of upgrades. It took awhile but I couldnt be happier with the result. Amazing bike at a great price! Any problem was attacked with zeal and made right. This is the only bike shop I now use and couldnt recommend them more highly.

I was visiting from Utah and my Sram AXS battery ran out of juice. I looked for a charger or battery at many shops. Phoenix was willing to lend me one. I ended up Buying it but they were so helpful. They have always been such a great shop and its right next to a major bike path.

Ive only been here a few times, and then only for parts. Every time Ive visited these folks they have been wonderful. Their prices are reasonable. They know what theyre talking about. Theyre friendly and professional, but not snobbish. Ive gone in there a few times just to buy a small part, like a clamp-down nut on a removable wheel, some valve-stem covers, & a few other small items. I expected to pay anywhere from $0.50 to $4.00 for whatever trinkets I was after. They just gave them to me, gratis. They didnt know me, I wasnt flashing wads of cash, I didnt have bicycles with me for them to judge me by, I just showed up, tried to buy the items, and left with the items and my money. Other times Ive paid for things, like helmets, inner-tubes (I know, crazy old-skool, not my bike(s)), seats and what-not their prices have been very reasonable and the service outstanding. When I make a big buy, Im heading here first. Even if theyre more, Ill pay it. Good service is like gold these days, and Ill spare some of mine because they spared some of theirs. Keep it up, guys!

Ozzie is gooood

Ive known Ozzy the brilliant owner of this bike shop for some quite time now. Till recently I told him that if the day comes that I became a millionaire of course the first thing Im going to do is build a lot of philanthropic institutions and in order for me to continue doing that, he needs to make me a co-owner of this bike shop. Yes, besides all the businesses I will own (when that time comes, please pray for me lol), I will invest in this bike shop hands down.There are very few people and bike shops that you can trust now. Local bike shops complain about online bike shops that gives cyclists big discounts and this affects their business, badly.So in order to stay in business they have to make money, meaning they have to sell bikes with a very low discount or sometime with no discount at all. Yes, meaning you have to buy items on a retail price.So as a result, us who tried to support all the local bike shops that we love, tend to suffer. Well this is understandable however because of this vulnerability that we have because we want to support our local shops, unfortunately, other bike shops take advantage of this. The business side comes out (greedy) and loyalty goes out the window (compassion)Well not with Ozzy and Fenix Cycling. Like I mentioned if Im a millionaire, I would invest a lot on this shop. Why, you may ask? Ozzy and the whole team are honest, reliable, dependable, and loyal. They work with integrity. I do wish that all bike shops are like Fenix. Ive been coming here for years, and I dont care if its 50+ miles or 100+ miles, they are loyal to me so it is my pleasure to show my loyalty back.Yes they dont treat you like a customer because they treat you more than that. They treat you like Family.

This place is honest and you cant put a price tag on that. I new to cycling and Fenix has been very supportive and help me choose the right gear. They dont recommend anything just for a sale. I did go to another local bike shops and none compare to Fenix. I drive from Whittier which is about half hour drive. I have two bike shops within 5 minutes from my house but the service is not as good. Fenix is family own and they are the best!

This bike shop is a jewel (I envy Yorba Lind) of good old fashion roll up your sleeve s customer service with knowledgeable individuals who want to sell you a bike that fits you and not a bike to fit their profit margin. I currently live approximately 50 miles away and Im sure there are many fine bike shop closer to me but I will make the drive for guaranteed service from Fenix Cycling! BOOM mic drop.

Best bicycle repair shop that ive found in North O.C. hands down. Ozzi is so extremely helpful, he explains everything in detail and has never tried to replace something that I didnt ask for of upsell me. The quality of work has always been top notch. Ive only taken our electric bikes (we have 4 of them) in for repairs/tune-ups and its never been a problem even though they dont sell those brands. Hes helped order parts as needed and explained when we needed to call in for warranty work even though it meant he wouldnt be making the money off of the service. I could go on and on but just know- in comparison to the other, bigger bike shops or chain stores, Fenix cannot be beat in any way that ive found as far as service goes. Life long customer here

I became very frustrated trying to find a shop that could service the front hub on my mountain bike. Finally found this place. They replaced the bearings and tuned-up the bike.They did an outstanding job!Everything perfect. Cleanest its been in the 2 years since I bought it.They got it back to me in 3 days...and apologised for taking so long!
