It started off great. Mike came recommended by a good friend, and we spent 2 hours with him talking about the design options for our pool. Mike promised to have a first design ready the following week.Then nothing.....We contacted Mike at least 8 times, on his cell and through his office. Mike does not call back.Instead of telling us that he is too busy, or cannot do the job for some other reason, Mike and Masterpiece dont have the basic decency to even call us back to let us know where we stand.This is not a company you want to to use. The obviously completely disrespect their possible customers, and lack business and human decency.

Mike did a fantastic job, on time & and on budget. Top quality work at a fair price.

Mike and his team did my first pool in 1988 and did a fantastic job. Mike & his team just did another pool for us at our new house and again did not disappoint! We love the quality and the people at Masterpiece Pool.
