I’m in this UPS frequently dropping off packages and occasionally doing Amazon returns. This is by far my favorite UPS location. Super friendly staff who knows what they are doing.

I will not be returning to this store. Today I asked for hand sanitizer after using the pen to sign the credit card screen and I was told they do not offer hand sanitizer for customer use. Meanwhile there are hand sanitizer bottles sitting on the counter behind the register. Something is wrong with the management in this company for sure.

Very nice staff, I’ve brought my Amazon returns here early in the morning on the way to work and never had an issue. Yesterday amazon screwed up my return barcode. And even though I had to pay to do my return, it’s a small price for convenience. Thanks

It was the week before my wedding and I had a ton of printing to get done. Everyone in the store helped me with printing, folding, and cutting and they were very professional and patient. Good price. When no other customers were in the store, every employee was helping and as soon as another customer came in, they were sure to help that customer ASAP. I have also used this store for other shipping needs and they have been wonderful. Glad to have found this store!

Great Experience!! I shipped 4 Jeep doors and the girls were wonderful. I do a lot of shipping and it can get expensive when shipping larger items, i think i got a great deal. Thanks again, Id recommend you girls to anyone.

Excellent customer service and friendly people

The people working in this store are consistently miserable and usually look unhappy to be there. Its ironic that the help wanted sign asks for friendly people, since the current staff are exactly the opposite.

Terrible location. Never come here. They made a mistake on my packaging. Refused to address it. No apology. And top it off, were incredibly rude.

Dont go here. Poor Service, high prices. The employees there seem capable, but the manager is impossible to deal with. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. It wont be worth the headache you will have after trying to go to this store.

This place is run by the rudest person Ive ever met. This woman should not be able to work with the public. I go in the UPS store often, but lately the managers attitude is getting worse, and worse. I doubt I will going back anytime soon. She screams at customers, and her employees. I do not understand how the people that work with her can stand it. I feel bad for them. I do not wish to spend my money in that store anymore. The manager speaks down to the customers and makes them feel worthless. She needs to take a class on customer service. This is a warning! Do not go there!

Ive gone here since it opened and they have always very friendly and easy to work with at this location. I have gone to other location in York where sometimes it seemed like employee was having a bad day.

Funny because I have never seen the Manager act like this towards anyone. I ship furniture out through them alot and that is probably the worst for them to deal with because I have them pack it also and I have had nothing but positive attitudes and always willing to help especially the manager. The only gripe I have is they tend to misquote me once in a while which is kind of frustrating but they have been getting better. Thanks guys for all the help

As a small business owner myself, I will always try to put my business with other small businesses, just not here.I was trying to return some of my childrens rented Amazon text books. They had pre printed labels. I needed to tape 1 box and then 3 paperbacks were going into ups envelopes to return. They wanted me to buy a 3.99 roll of tape for a 12 piece I needed and then charge me for the ups envelopes. Off to staples now instead.

Excellent service and in a timely manor and the lady who helped me? Very polite and professional!

For real, super helpful, friendly. Everyone has an off day that’s understandable for sure but for the negative reviews here maybe it’s you that’s the problem ... just food for thought.

Terrible UPS store. The incompetent and rude manager berated me for bringing packages that were pre-paid. She made a huge deal out of how great the store was when it was Mail Boxes ect, about it being bought and ruined by UPS, even though UPS purchased the chain 10 years ago. She started by loudly telling a friend of hers that was hanging out in the store we could not make it if it were not for my merchandising, all people want to do is pay online and drop off boxes all day long as if I was not standing there hearing all of this vitriolic garbage that was obviously aimed at me, my first time ever in this store. Note to owner of this UPS store, you need to fire this manager ASAP, she is destroying your business, look at the copious complaints about this menace to your store.

Never seen a place where store clerk tells customer to GET OUT. I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. Monday (11/25/19) at 6 pm I was at the store. I would request Store manager to take some actions against the employee present on this day at the time described before otherwise you lost one of your customer, you will surely lose more customers.

Manager is absolutely horrific! I was doing business at the store 1-2 per week for a few months until I started to notice the manager yelling at her employees and belittling them in front of myself and other customers. After I witnessed this happening at least 4+ times, I could no longer give that wretched woman my business.I was running late for work one day last week and had to drop a package off in a hurry, I rushed in handed her the box and declined a receipt. She then proceeded to make a rude comment about how I no longer do business there but can use them for free services and that I could also drop off boxes at Postal Connections! FROM NOW ON I WILL CINDY!The owner is doing her store an injustice by employing this woman.

The manager is awful. She is rude. And needs to learn how to talk to her customers. She yells at them all the time. I have also saw her yell at her employees. I go in there all the time. and they know me very well. I hate dealing with cindy. The rest of the employees are very sweet. If Cindy would just leave or get fired I would be very happy. Get it together girl. Its not cute how you treat your employees or your customers. I dont even see why people deal with her. And I dont see how she even became the manager of the store.

Store closes early. Just arrived with even enough time to write this review, and they blocked and locked the doors early. As a mom who struggles to get out of the house with her infant, this is beyond disappointing.

Place is a complete rip-off. Brought in an amazon return and they advised it was$1.50 to put tape on a box and $2.50 to print the mailing label. Customer service is gone in that place. Surprised I wasn’t charged a $1.00 entry fee to their space.

This ups store is the closest by far to me, but I will now go out of my way to go elsewhere. The manager is an unprofessionalknow it all. My family will be telling everyone they know about our terrible experience. 🙁

UPS is so inconvenient and this specific store charges you to tape up a box!! Really.... I am bringing my package to you to ship and you want to charge me 1.59 for a piece of tape. Thats ridiculous.
