I use this auto garage on a regular basis with an older model high millage car. I absolutely Love this garage and the mechanics here. The owner also has given me rides home so I do not have to pay for an Uber, but I also live very close. I always receive a fair price and honest work. I am always concerned of being a female and taking my car to the mechanic, for fear of being ripped off and overcharged. This place is honest and reliable and treats customers fairly. If you are a female and are concerned about being treated unfairly this is the place for you. I have also called about questions on my car and the mechanic always answers me with information that if I would of took anywhere else they would have charged me a diagnostic fee. I am a return customer and as long as they are around and I am need of a mechanic I will use this shop.

I would give zero stars if it let me. We brought our car here to have a couple things done to make sure that the car is safe for our family to be riding in. They got the car and agreed to do what we asked and also said our brakes need it done so we agreed. We were looking at about a $300 to $400 bill. Which wasn’t a problem, but then they came back with more that they wanted to do, like replace calipers and a couple different things. We simply couldn’t drop $700 into our car right now. They told us they wouldn’t do anything on the car at that point and told us to come pick it up. They sent us and our toddler away in an unsafe car because they were mad we wouldn’t let them do every little thing they wanted. Terrible customer service. The saddest part is we just moved, and our old mechanic is just too far now. We were looking for a shop to be our shop and after that I’m 100% sure they are not a shop we will ever go back to. TERRIBLE PEOPLE!

I took my car to Giura Auto Repair so they could replace a wheel bearing. Not only was the pricing fair, but they finished the job early and the work they did was top-notch. This was all about six months ago, and the work has held up quite well.

Well you put new intake manifold on my van,less than 3 weeks ago,charged me $750,when I picked it up check engine light came on on my way home,alarm bells,saying check fuel cap, staling,I called next day,you had me come in,cleared codes, said if it does it again,we may need to look at it.that happens 3 times,when I asked for you to look at it,you told me I had to take it to a dealer,you say you cannot create problem,but you didnt have to,lots of warning lights on,check engine light was on when I brought it back,so no need to look to hard,maybe you just dont know what your looking at,I will never come back to your shop,all your good guys left,and I really dont think you know what your doing,maybe good for oil changes,or possibly brakes,but I think thats about it,any major repairs go elsware

Yup, Reasonably priced, Super fast service. Theyre All extremely nice Folks! Jeff at knucklebusters is awesome, but hes very Very busy.Bcz of Covid we put off repairs on our RV but were looking forward to go sightseeing along the Eastern coast up to Canada, soon. My family has used Giura Auto Repair for years. They are a very good local mechanic shop. Pricing is fair and they are expedient. No complaints.

I called the shop for a quote to repair my vehicle and they could not provide one. I was told it depended on how much time they had into the job and they did not charge a fixed rate. Fine, but they should know how long the repair would take. I am not calling them to play guessing games. They are there to provide me with that information. The person who answered the phone did not seem all there and was rather cocky with me. If this is any indication of their work, I would steer well clear of this zone. I have heard many good things about this shop, but this recent experience has me questioning the veracity of those claims. That is not good business practice in my book and it is their loss.

Reasonable in prices owner seems knowledgeable. I had a large job done on my car they fixed it in only a few days. Other places i called wouldnt even bother to get me an estament. I paid about 200 to 300 less than other places i had called. Several weeks later and car is good.

Was charged three times what I was quoted. I also supplied all the factory parts for the repair. When my vehicle was returned so where some of the parts. Now my transmission lines rattle because the job wasnt done correctly. I was very unsatisfied with the service and would not recommend using this shop.

Dropped my car off early afternoon, picked It up at the end of the day. Cant get any better than that.
