Our sales clerk Kaitlyn was very helpful and very informative and helping us make our decision to purchase the bed however the only thing that I feel needs to come down is the prices you have for your sheets and you do not give military discounts

While the salesman was helpful and friendly, the company and service as a whole is terrible and I would encourage anyone thinking about dealing with this company to go somewhere else. From the very beginning they imply that you can try the bed with no obligation, just simply give it back. But then if you do give it back it requires that you keep the base and the only other option from there is an upgrade. There is absolutely no way to give the base back if you dont find that it is a fit for you. (You dont truly know what its going to be like in YOUR home until you get it there and actually experience it). I felt that for what I already was paying for the mattress & base that it should have been good but it was not a good experience for us. It was like laying in a sling or a hammock if I turned the softness up. The next mattress up was at least another $1,000+ and with the base and mattress I was not planning to spend more than what I already did. Once they took the mattress and I decided to get a different mattress from another company altogether, they came and took my remote and downgraded it (since I now have to keep the base that I dont want and overpaid for) and they also took an expensive part (the compressor motor) out of the base and never refunded me for that part. How convenient they can just throw it in another base and make hand over fist. To boot it all, their customer service was terrible to say the least. The girl I spoke to basically took it all as a joke, acted condescending and from my perspective she was basically like a girl that graduated high school or college and was promoted to manager after 2 months. She was completely unprofessional and once they know theyve got you locked in, why bother trying to see that you are a satisfied customer? That is 100% the experience I had with them. I am sure one of them will try to counter this review and sensor me or act like I am a complaining Karen. But let me assure you, there are times when a company is trouble to deal with and that there are legitimate reasons that it is so. Not everyone is just complaining because they feel like it. This is my hard earned money and I did not feel that the experience met our standards.Now on to the base-first off, if you have a small or medium dog or a cat I recommend getting the base frame so nothing can get under there. there are wires and hoses hanging, and my puppy went under there and was trying to chew everything. Aside from that, one night my husband was sick and I had the bed elevated. I tried to put it back down and instead of going down, it was going up. Here he was sick and sleeping while the head just kept going higher. After it got all the way up it asked if I wanted it to return to flat and finally went down. That was also after both sides were lifting unevenly, because it is a split king. Needless to say, it was completely malfunctioning, and has done this a lot and is not working right. So now after all of this I have to ask, do you think I now want to call customer service and talk to people who dont care? I owe over $1,000 now for a base they wont take back and that I now have to sit on the phone and troubleshoot. Just think about these things before you purchase something with all of these electronics. The air under the bed adjusting in the middle of the night makes noises (yes there is a setting to turn it off) but it is there to keep the mattress at the right air setting. I am a technological person, but I dont like wires and technology moving around so much under me when I am sleeping. Simply put, as a company that is confident in your product, if someone is not satisfied and it just isnt for them, they should be able to return it, rightfully so. I tried it out, I gave it time and a fair chance before I returned anything (at least 30 days). In all fairness, if it wasnt for me that should be ok. I had liked the idea at the store, tried it out, laid on the bed, and when I got it home felt that it wasnt a fit. A good business would let the people decide and respect that.

The employees were very helpful and answered all my questions..walked me through payment and delivery options and had me on my way..during beginning stages of process also showed me pressure points and got my sleep number to help when bed was delivered..thanks sleep number!

Very biased. I was not even allowed to walk into the store because I’m a teenager. My mother asked me to run in and take some pictures of the mattresses for her because she was planning on buying some soon. Before I could even get into the store a man blocked the entrance and said “You ain’t coming in here”. Not wanting to cause a scene, I left quietly. Now I have to try and explain to my mom that I wasn’t allowed into a bedding store without reason.

I like my Sleep Nimber bed so well, I bought two for my parents (for their primary residence and one for their summer home), and one for an elderly aunt and a dear friend. Phil, at the Southern Park Mall store was very helpful with my phone inquiry due to limited access in response to the current pandemic. I truly appreciate his help.

Awesome experience had every intention to buy a pillow for myself and ended up buying a bed, sheet set, 2 pillows, and whatever else I ended up getting. Not mad at all Eddie and Jordan were both very helpful, polite, and understanding. Jordan our sales person was a great example of how a salesman should present a product, he was not pushy and he was very informative. We decided not to purchase a bed but we did get the pillows, he explained the product clearly and if the bed was more comfortable we would have definitely purchased from him!
