Right from the start everything was falling in place. We wanted to get another truck but the cost went up to where our need for a truck had come and gone however our sale person gave us another option which fix perfect for our needs and at an affordable price. Didnt even have to go kick tires with our new SUV delivered to us. Everything that was promised was delivered and the truck was taken by the driver.Weve had the SUV for a few days now and love. Joe Ludwig made this such an easy process from the test drive to the signing of papers and driving off! He was able to give me payment numbers quickly and then we did most of the lease process via text message while I was working and then he had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership. Joe went through the Traverse with me so I understood the features and how to use everything. Rick Layman in finance was also efficient and great to work with, he had everything ready to sign when I was all done with Joe. They made this leasing experience feel personal without spending hours at the dealership. The whole process was quick for being a vehicle purchase all while being thorough and efficient!

I purchased an extended warranty on my 2016 Silverado 2500HD. After reading that the transmissions are junk, I was surprised to find that all of my mechanical issues were covered plus I got a rental. The service guys got my truck in and diagnosed quickly. I even got updated phone calls letting me know what the progress was. Due to parts being back ordered, my truck was still done within a reasonable time.
As always my experience with Sweeney was great!! Mitch is an amazing salesman and always a joy to work with. Rick is great at explaining all the financial aspects and willing to answer any questions. Parker is the best delivery person and has the patience of a saint!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They kept me advised as to what was going with my vehicle. The only issue I had was with the people who scheduled my appointment. They never put down that I was waiting while work was being done and that caused a few issues and rescheduling.

We were able to pick the car we wanted out online and fill out all paperwork online. I spoke with the salesman (Tim Harlan) a few times during the day to figure out if we wanted to buy or lease. And he had everything ready for us, including the car cleaned and ready to go, when we arrived for our appointment. We were able to test drive, sign our papers, and leave the dealership within an hour. This was the best experience with a dealership we’ve had!

Brought my car in for tire rotation and oil change. They told me I should get coolant changed based on age of vehicle which I agreed on. My appointment was at 10:30 and I told them I would wait. It was 2:30 and everyone who came in after me had been called and their repairs were finished. At 2:30 I went to check on status of my car and was told they just pulled it in. When I said I had been there since 10:30 they went searching for my car and couldn’t find it. Then they said it was completed and brought it up front. If it wasn’t for the fact that this is the closest dealership to me, I would never take my car back to Sweeney for repairs
It took 2 hours and 37 minutes to change a battery. I had the email from onstar with the bad cell code on it. No one told me it would take over 2 hour to complete until I showed up at the dealership only to find that you do not offer courtesy transportation.Update. Had to go back for an oil change because no one had Dexos D oil. What can be done at Pennzoil in fifteen minutes took over an hour at the dealership. Even with an appointment.
I just love you all, this is the only place I will buy a vehicle from. The process was fast and relaxing. Every one is very professional and knowledgeable, they understand the needs of the buyer, and do the best at delivering it.

Long story but “GMC” Certified leak in roof area was correctly diagnosed for $100. Then they called me and told me it would be $475 to fix my Certified Vehicle. I refused. Went home opened up back end and found corner sunroof drain disconnected leaking into roof was the cause. 1. They could have EASILY fixed this for the $100 fee. Instead I feel my GMC Certified Car was not certified and they attempted to rip me off for $475 for a repair that did not even need a part! I will be writing a letter to GMC, I feel a disconnect internal drain should be a certified repair and I should get my $100 back. I just feel ripped off.
Parts department is very unfriendly and unpersonable, even after speaking with business mgr. and he talked to them, I returned for more parts and the attitudes continued.

First of all I had my car in for service due to a recall. I was told previously that there was no loaner vehicles and that due to the extent of time it would take to fix my vehicle I would need to get a ride from and to the dealership to drop off my car. And that if I wanted a shuttle it would cost me. Thats very inconvenient considering a loaner vehicle should have been available. So I got a ride to the dealership and was told they would call when it was complete. I never received a call I received a text message at 4:10 that my vehicle was ready I checked the sweeney website and it said the service department closed at 8. My ride did not get off until 5. I finally got to the dealership at 6:10 and they were closed for the day. I was livid because A. NO ONE EVER CALLED ONLY COMMUNICATION WAS THROUGH TEXT MESSAGE B. NOW I WONT HAVE MY CAR UNTIL TOMORROW AND WILL HAVE TO GET ANOTHER RIDE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT SWEENEY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Ive only had my new vehicle for 2 months and was very excited to work with Sweeney. But after this service experience I will consider doing my business elsewhere next time it was absolutely unacceptable the level of nonchalant unprofessionalism! And since sweeney decided to reply and no apologize for the terrible service here is where it says 8PM ONLINE!!

Third time that I had the same item repaired on my 2017 GMC Acadia. Didn’t feel I should have to pay for something that has been a known defect with this model and has never been repaired properly. Owned 4 GMCs over the last 10 years and this will probably be my last.

I would avoid dealing with Sweeney Chevy-gmc they lowball you on your tread in and then they think your dumb to pay what they won’t I was treading in a 2019 Equinox with only 20.000 miles on it and won’t to put me in a 2018 gmc Truck with 35000 miles for 8 hundred a month that’s just dumb I will never deal with Sweeney ever again

Initially I was concerned that having a Volt might pose an issue for getting the parts and/or time in the shop. I’ve heard from other Volt owners in other areas waiting weeks for parts. However, my Volt was diagnosed the first day, part arrived the next day and I picked up after a complete full charge on the 3rd day, and I was completely satisfied with that kind of turnaround time

I inquired with Sweeney on December 9, 2020 about my vehicle and interest in trading my current vehicle in. The salesman was prompt on responding to my chat. He called me on the phone and I gave him all the information about my vehicle. I informed him that I still owed on my current vehicle and he reassured me that Sweeney was having a lot of sales and if I had negative equity we could bury it with the incentives they were offering. So, trusting his word we drove there from Howland, with my children who arent even in school, trusting this mans word, in a pandemic! We get there, he doesnt introduce himself to my husband and is in a huge hurry. Takes us in, takes the keys to my vehicle and they value our trade. He comes back with figures, doesnt inform us of the value and just hands us figures about a new car, which I didnt choose. We had already discussed over the phone what payment I would like to be at. They offered me such a low price on my trade it was unreal and then said There isnt anything else I can do! AFTER, he told me on the phone he would work with me on incentives!! Just goes to show they do NOT care about the customer and are not true to what they say! I would NEVER buy a vehicle here and I hope to goodness that others do not get treated the way we did!

The service was excellent from start to finish. I was welcomed immediately and my car was serviced with little wait time. I received a video from the tech with details of my inspection and all my questions were answered thoroughly.
I purchased a 2013 Equimox Ls on April 15 i mentioned the day i purchased the vehicle that there was squeaky noise with my breaks and Mat the salesman said he did not hear anything when be drove the vehicle. It has been less than 30 days i have put new brake pads on the front of the vehicle now the accel pedal sensor is causing the Stabilitrak light to come which reduces my engine power and my brakes are still making that sound even louder. I had the car serviced and was charged $115 on the video that was sent to me the technician said the rotors are out dated so this means Mat sold me a car with out dated brakes and the brakes are still making the noise i also purchased a 2 year extended warranty which none of the issues are covered in the warranty. My issue is i thought they put this car thru a inspection before they sold it to me. The service person Cory said he did everything ge could to help me but i dont believe that because i have had this car less than a month he said spoke to the Mgr and still nothing was done so i feel like i was sold a Car that had issues ....today is 5/14/2021 the part to fix the problem cost $127 but they was going to charge me over $300. The dealership should put new rotors on my vehicle dince its been determined that theyre out dated
