I really don’t know what kind experience people expect from a place that provides and accommodations storage for your personal belongings, but mines is alright. It’s nice to know that your belongings is protected from the weather and you don’t have to worry about anyone messing with your stuff. They have a excellent security system coming in and out. So, No Worries 😌

We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! Our whole home for the most part was in storage for just short of a year! When it came time to schedule our move out date for both units the manager made note to call me so we could take care of it before I got charged a whole month I did not need. I thought this was super kind and helpful since I forgot myself one of the days! I would recommend this storage facility many times over! It was clean, climate controlled, and I never had any issues! :)

What an incredible experience I had with this business. I’ve never rented a storage space before, so I can’t compare apples to apples but no matter b/c the customer experience is what it’s all about in any business. Contracts were reviewed in detail with many opportunities to ask questions. My questions were answered in detail & to my understanding. Pleasant andProfessional every step of the way. Even helped me with the lock. Prices were good comparatively speaking. So clean, organized &Secure. I feel safe when I am there. This place was referred to me b/c of “their” great customer experience, but i would have selected them anyway as I did my research prior to the referral. I’m this day and age of ‘the less contact the better’ it’s still true & you can have that experience here as well and I did everything on line. However I had the chance to stop by the facility & again, was impressed with every step of the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my self storage needs....best wishes to those selecting a facility but save yourself some time by starting & ending here

Top notch location for outdoor RV Parking. The lot is paved, well lit and has plenty of security cameras. The lot is well maintained during winter month, also. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

Perfect location for me I live on the Canfield / Boardman border. Very clean / bright lights inside Price for the size unit I needed was very competitive I needed a climate controlled environment for items being stored. Would highly recommend

We are in the process of selling our home, I went to the Boardman, Ohio location because we have things we arent taking to our new house. I had so many questions and Abbie was so patient and kind with me. She took the time to show me several units and answer all my questions. Moving our things in was so simple. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I give it 2 stars because the units are cleaned and well maintained. The reason for the low rating is in regards to how much the price went up according to their notice. The rate going in was about $111 out the door (lasted about 3 months).That was reasonable. Then a notice said the rate was going up to $158. If I go online, then you can still get a cheaper rate at $115! Pretty ridiculous rate change and I think it shows a lack of concern for current customers - when they want to jack up the price, but then offer low prices for new customers. Seems like current customers have to take the hit for them.Previous experience with another storage unit only raised the rate $5 a month and that was after a year. That was also a month-to-month contract, no different style contract than this organization.

The service was amazing and the store manager was on top of her game! Loved it!

While in limbo after selling my house faster than expected, I needed a storage unit. This place and staff had everything I needed, moving boxes/tape/lock/direct payment. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs storage.

Being a Storage facility manager myself gives me an edge on what to look for. The Manager was VERY knowledgeable and efficient, I was able to rent the unit over the phone, have the leased emailed so I could sign it, that was very convenient. I recently rented a storage space at their Boardman, Ohio location. I reserved the space over the phone but decided on a larger until once I got there. Jenn Buckley was the manager on duty at the time. She was very helpful and made the process easy. My unit was clean and easy to access. They had multiple carts at the door for convienience. This is my first experience with indoor storage. I would definitely recommend this facility

Rented outdoor space for small camper/trailer. Process was a bit drawn out but certainly not unreasonable and employee was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. The gate into the RV parking area takes forever to open and close which isnt the worst but if youre in/out a lot it could be annoying. Lots of good spaces for just about any size vehicle. Really friendly staff, tons of cameras (I saw no less than 15-20+ with rotating views), seems secure. Good prices, great location, reasonable policies, flexible ways to pay. Im really happy so far!

Just a wonderful convenience and close to me and very affordable.

I will never rent a storage space here again!!! I just picked mine up after 4 month! I got there and half of my stuff was wet, rusty, and moldy! Water stood in the bottom of some of my items! There was a Wet Floor sign standing on the outside of my unit! You could see the roof was leaking!! I never got notified offanything!! Plus when you get a unit and you pay for it they have you do a rating the first day! Nobody is gonna know what they are like till you used it for awhile! Dont advice anyone to go there!!!

I had an excellent experience here when I needed to get a storage unit fast. Very well-lit and secure location with a very knowledgeable staff, they are willing to accommodate you with any issues you might have if you are open and honest with them. Felt like I got very good value for my money.
